What a like about this video is the fact that he took into consideration other lifestyles, like people with kids/9-5 jobs etc... And didn't stick with those cold shower BS and make your bed 292143 times just because. He makes it more achievable and realistic. Great content!!

Few things that I would like to add: 1. Drinking water after waking up IDK how but just makes your sleep go away. I still believe that It is out of my understanding. For me it is cold water. 2. If you win the morning you win the day, as you start the day having a positive mindset and you would be more happy as you have accomplished something. That's all. Also please have an alarm. Personally for me an alarm is a difference between a nice day and a bad one as I think I have more time when I wake up at time I think I need to wake up at.

Ross, great video brother. This is only my second video of your that I have seen (the first being "How this pocketbook changed my life). I'll be putting my phone down more and going back to pen and paper. Also looking at developing a routine that will increase my productivity.
