This has been incredibly helpful and insightful. I am looking at the Modesto, possibly Petaluma floorplans in Tarramor Odessa. The area is beautiful. Lack of design center actually helps stress levels, the wife gets crazy ideas otherwise.
We toured the Starkey Westbay homes, Bryant Square Lennar homes and Rose Haven Vitale homes and the Lennar build quality has been significantly better. The frame job specifically on the west bay homes were...disappointing. Saw quite a few and Lennar was consistently better built. Looking forward to taking a look at these in Tarramor.

Hi Dwight, the first community is Polo Run at Lakewood Ranch. Anywhere from $400-$650k.

With lennar you have to pay closing cost is a lot of money 💰🤑
