@Schmukai I’d recommend checking the GPU and CPU secondary power section's PWM output signals to ensure they're functioning properly. If those signals are off, that could be causing the blue light issue. If everything looks fine there, you might want to try a reflow on the APU as a next step.
Hello, i have the same issue. The ps4 slim stays on flashing blue light like that. I checked all the values you showed here and its correct. For the ram biases with pair 1.8k and 1.6, mine showed 1.6k for both positive and negative biases but its normal i guess. I dont k ow what to do next.
Ah I see. But the APU does get warm. I connected UART and the syscon fails to decrypt the coreos. I tried to change the active swap method but so far no luck. I have another ps4 slim with 2 sec blod. All resistor values ate good. I added pressure near the south bridge and it booted to white light. Then I tried again, it didn't boot. I reflowed the south bridge and still same issue. This one could be the apu. Thanks for the reply.

No second beep when holding power button. ps4 is turned on by wireless controller and disc, but same result as above. pulsing blue light is 55 seconds exactly every time. any idea?
@@idreestech i watched all your videos. Unfortunately i checked all that they are ok. I think apu is faulty the corner big smd capacitor of apu is showing 15ohms. It should be 4 to 6 kohms range. Thankyou
