- Just playing around with my sandbag to get a feeling of his to workout with this awesome tool.
But first I get a nice hit of adrenaline with my 5 minute burpees.

This is my personal daily vlog, of my journey, using the X3 Bar, Burpee training and other functional exercise techniques.
I am 100% drug free. I do not use or have I ever used (TRT or any steroids.
I am 58 years old but I feel 25 years younger because of the X3 system I have become strong enough and confident enough to start doing other exercises programs, specifically the Burpee training.
