The formula for power now looks like this.
Power = Torque x 2π x Revolutions / Minute
We would like to get rid of the 2π and we need to consider that 1 H.P. = 33,0000 lb-ft. / min.
Here is what we have for an equation.
33,000 lb-ft / min = lb-ft. x 2π x revolutions/min
Divide each side by 2π (6.28315) and you get 5,252 lb-ft / min = lb-ft. x revolutions / min.
Next divide each side by 5252 and you end up with this equation:
1 Horsepower = Torque x R.P.M. / 5252
Because of this math, lb-ft of torque and horsepower will always be the same at 5,252 RPM.
How did you get 51.9 Ohms ? Normally motor winding resistance will be very low which mean 0.5 ohms to almost below ten ohms.
Where did you get the 746 from when calculating horsepower?

If the operating voltage of the windings is 440V and the nominal polar current is 8A, then in Delta connection the total three-phase power of the motor will be:
(square root 3) 440V 8A = 6096 W
if we have the values for phase voltage and phase current then the total three-phase power will be:
3 Uph Iph
For 3kW motor winding resistance is actually less than 10ohm

Idk what the pole means, if it's 4 and the volts are 440 does that mean like in your house each circuit is 110, so does the 4 circuits or " poles' make up the 440 volts? Or something closely like it anyway?

Sorry, but you can't measure winding resistance and use ohms law to calculate current. This is false information.
It is an inductive load, which means it has counter voltage and a total impedance that is needed to know the current draw. Basically, you use an amp clamp and measure the magnetic field to know a motors current draw.
