The house is great it is called Aspen Grove Ranch @ Grand River Ranch it is 24,000 square feet more or less. The views are the best anywhere, I have looked at the house 4 times now it is great, only gas fireplaces, the house manager visits it every day and flushes the toilets, the owner has stayed here only a handful of times. Look up the other Grand ranch for sale @ Grand River Elk Island Ranch.
