The house is beautiful but the PROPERT is so gorgeous. I’d be out reading a good book at that “little hut” with the water wheel and pond. I love that the property is multifaceted. Not your typical landscaping. Great for exploring/nice walks

I was on this property a few years back. I had to inspect one of the care takers Chevrolet Silverado that was in a minor accident. I'm an insurance investigator. I had to go through three sets of gates just to get to the house. When I met the guy, I was shocked. I drove past several other estates on my way in that were really nice. But this place was beyond nice. It was for sale at the time for $55 million. The gardener allowed me to walk over the bridge and to see the small house with the water wheel. No pictures, though. I've been to some very nice homes in my career. But this was definitely the top dog. I still have no idea who owned it at the time. This is not too far from Lake Sherwood where they have the famous golf course where Tiger Woods plays. I think it may actually be inside this community. After this, I went home to my 1200 sq ft home in Alta Loma and just shook my head. My entire home and garage is the size of the master walk-in closet of this place.

Unless you are entertaining half of Hollywood, what’s the point of all that space unless you are just showing off. I lived in a suburban house with my dad and sister growing up; even a place that was 3202 square feet was too big for the three of us. What a waste of space.

A super stunner in the very ritzy north hills of Westlake (actually Thousand Oaks, I think). Anyway, what they don't show is an entire house just for the HELP. A huge parcel of land on the Southeast slope of the prominence (the vegatable garden area). Really, one of the mega properties in all of L.A. County, maybe California.
