when the narrator said she spirited off some of Palpatine's DNA and impregnated herself with it, I can just picture her fishing the used condom out of the garbage...
@GreatFox42 The term 'Extended Universe' implies that the last trilogy somehow fits into the established lore. It doesn't. In the end, you kinda have to choose one.
I watched the original trilogy, and the prequels when I was young. When I saw the prequels I knew she was a trusted advisor to Palpatine, however I also believed she was a man until this video… Super thankful for channels like these, covering a range of topics that are all interesting to watch!
I appreciate the actress portraying a look of disenchantment when palpatine mentions his disfigurement to the senate. Even small seemingly imperceptible moments can add so much depth to a scene.
Found Star Wars Theory through Drunk3PO, found The Stupendous Wave through the communication and collaboration with Star Wars Theory. Really enjoying your videos, you do great work. May the Force be with you always.
Maybe Sly Moore came from a lineage that had served the sith for millennia, the dark side had many allies , In Legends, there are various families, species, and lineages that have served the Sith for generations. For example, ancient Sith species like the Sith Purebloods and dark side cults such as the Prophets of the Dark Side maintained a long history of devotion to the dark side. In this context, it’s conceivable that Moore’s family could have been one of these ancient adherents, either consciously aligned with the Sith or manipulated into servitude over time. Moreover, her native planet, Umbara, is often depicted as having a dark and shadowy culture, with many of its people showing tendencies toward manipulation, secrecy, and control. This could have made Umbara fertile ground for Sith influence, possibly embedding families like Sly Moore's into the Sith's plans over millennia.
It's certainly better than her dad being some random, defective clone. It makes a LOT more sense, too, since I'm pretty sure Palps would have just disposed of the clone, possibly after harvesting his organs for transplants.
I always wondered who those characters in the films were, I'm glad to know they actually have some backstory. It makes me appreciate that trilogy even more.
FORCE BANG/SMASH A devious ability of the Sith. Such ability was needed to implant the male seeds of the Sith (or take away seeds from male Sith) and implant them to female Sith. Depending on the strength of a Sith, tremors of hate and pleasure arise, along with great moaning, even to Force Screams. A Sith child was born as a result of such ability. Some of the most famous and powerful practitioners of Force Bang/Smash included Valkorion, Darth Revan, and Darth Sidious.
Palps: I already have a girlfriend Anakin . One far more younger and more stronger! Anakin dons his gimp suit: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Palps: goood gooood anakin....Riiise!
I’ll bet their relationship was similar to Belatrix and Voldemort: she was entirely devoted and in love with him, he just saw her as a way to..pass the time
There is some incredible stuff that comes from Legends. There are some incredible names and back stories... and then you hear "Triclops"... and it goes right up on the list with Dooku of names that could have been fleshed out more. Honestly, "Sly Moore" doesn't look like a "Sly Moore" to me - and before you ask, no I don't know what a Sly Moore looks like, I would just imagine a more "dark, but ethereal" name for her.
I mean people in universe believe clones are soulless and for people in our world children can be seen as a second chance or better, more evolved form. It totally makes sense as we're not really sure what palpy's spirituality and sense of self are exactly like. Also as a man with contingencies he could easily engage in multiple methods of heir-making and just choose the best candidate
I would tend to believe that their medical science was more than good enough to prevent someone from dying of mere birth complications. I mean, you could cut a guy's limbs off and roast him in lava, but they can build him a suit to survive in fairly well.
I really wanted to see sky Moore at Mon mothma dinner in andor! Hope we see her in season 2! Great video as always my brother and thank you for sharing!
This is disturbing. Really. Sly Moore was really tragic figure. She gave up from her self, life and for what? Whom? Great video. May the Force be with you too😊
I know it's just your catchphrase, but image being a sith, raiding a sith tomb, and finding a holocron belonging to one of the most successful sith. They open it and essentially learn "Papa Palpatine FUCKED."
i'd also read about her years ago. She was considered very powerful and due to what species she was, she could influence people's actions and reactions, which is why Sheev wanted her with him in the last two prequels.
I'm hoping We get to see her canonical exploits in Print, Animation, and live-action. I believe she may still be alive in official canon. Wonder if she gets mentioned in The Battle Of Jakku: Insurgency Rising? She would certainly be an interesting ally of The Acolytes Of The Beyond.
This would’ve been more interesting in the sequel trilogy than what we were given. I wish Disney had stuck with Legends Continuity instead of just making their own version of the original trilogy.
They can’t unless they want to pay all of the legends authors royalties. They won’t do that. So you can be sure that if they take anything from legends…it’ll be a crap version of it, or at the very least completely different from what you know.
The Force is Female. I hope LucasFilms makes a triology about this bald beauty. And baldy is the real power behind the sith. She was there the whole time. Just like . . . . uggrh 🤠🍆
Have you ever done a video on Rey's parents? If she really is the granddaughter of Palpetine, was it her mother or father who was his heir? Who was Palpetine's lover (or whatever) that he had a child by? Thanks!
I don't remember where I heard this from, but apparently George Lucas's original reason for Palpatine being so evil was because he had a lover whom died/was killed. Perhaps this was the lover?
Palpatine had very aggressive anti-xeno stance doubt he'd butt uglies with a Xeno. Though he used non-humans his personality traits would not have allowed him to make a perfect Sith from what he would considered a lesser being. Since this is based off legends then it would have to follow as such.
Palpatine considered everyone a lesser being, the xenophobia was there just so the core can direct their hate towards non-humans instead of the government
Since were talking about his lover, I think Kreia and Palpatine would make an adorable evil old couple lol if only they were born in the same era of Star Wars
I really hoped Palpatine was an incel considering his age and the fact that the dark side ruined his looks. The idea of these 2 getting freaky... (Shudders). Bizarre.
Kind of weird Palpatine wouldn’t try to have a kid with her after what happened to Vader, at least as a backup to see if his kid would be stronger than Vader as an apprentice
Legends Palpatine is the most brilliant character of all time. Not only did he have the foresight to plan decades into the future, but had a backup plan for every single one of his lofty goals….and he also had a back up plan to the back up plan!
I enjoyed the sequel trilogy but this was interesting despite that. Palpatine bumped uglies with slimer from ghost busters. Or based upon certain activities does this mean palpatine is a ghost "buster", he slimed her so she slimed others in another reality/world.
The mental image of those two freaks bumping uglies is more horrific than feeding time at the Pit of Carkoon.

Palpatine having children makes no sense. If he could use the force to transfer his spirit to a clone body there would be no need for an heir
