If you want to take these tips, here are a few. 1- Cook bomb ass tasty food so you'll love your leftovers. Remember, the longer it sits, the better it gets. 2- Even though it may cost more, use pre-cut produce from the grocery. If you can get it, that is. I'm much more likely myself to eat something that's been prepped for me. You are doing a great job!
I had the same problem, so now I throw all of my leftovers to freezer in single servings. Then I can take out just the amount I will eat and rest will last for months. It doesn't work with fresh vegetables tho. I usually only buy things like apples that last for months in fridge and then eat a lot of greens at school diner. It works for now but I have no idea how I'll survive after graduation 😅
lol , my tip to make food last longer in the fridge first put a paper towel on the food so moisture would be absorbed and make food last longer second for foods that u get and don't use often like pumpkins use what u need then put the rest in the freezer, and gl ❤❤
I have/had the same issue I'm living alone and most portion sizes /packages simply aren't made to feed a single person but rather two or more What works best for me are buying less groceries multiple times throughout the week instead of a bigger weekly shopping trip.
@@AlinaHayat Jesus!!! I couldn’t take the trash down the hill so I rolled the can to the front door, then I forgot it and missed the trash man. IM NEVER CLEANING AGAINNNN
