    Great episode! I had to go try it for myself and it got ugly 😂
    Garage gym was 115 deg and humid. Thinking I will crush my time come September.

    More top-notch content! Also, had a chance to meet Mia this weekend at Monster Games. Saw her smashing the final event out on the floor and realized who she was. Chatted with her after the workout, just as friendly and nice as she seems in the videos!

    Would be a cool games or qualifier workout especially if they did it elimination style so they have no choice but to push. I’d be trashed after round one at a slow pace so yea 😂😂😂😂

    is this workout for the average joe GPP or someone who is a quarterfinal athlete and higher? 😅what would be realistic goal for a GPP?

      This is built for the competitive athlete. Our TTT60 program is geared toward the GPP athlete!
