There were a couple of Bulls games, where I saw MJ smirk a little, after Rodman's antics. I think MJ liked Rodman and knew he was just as competitive as him. Not nearly as good, but competitive. MJ had to be happy to have had him as a team mate, imo

They both were nearly as good as each other. Both played their roles amazingly on their teams and provided intense basketball that made their opponents uncomfortable. MJ always liked Rodman in my opinion and that helped them win championships when Rodman came to Chicago.

He is fun to watch makes the game more intense and frustrating I love what he does and it's part of his plans to win. If rodman still in the nba today he could easily thrown out any thugs and star player out of the game with his mind games.

I think Rodman was a little underrated on the Bulls. Everyone brings up Pippen complimenting Jordan, but you have to remember Rodman had a similar winning mindset as Jordan...just different methods/approach. This is why I rather watch basketball games from the 80s n 90s than the games now. I'll sit down with beers n snacks n watch some old games, especially the playoff. When all the players are having a little fever n blood pressures rising.

Ever since playback showing Rodman I've changed my whole thinking about him. I thought he was a bad boy, and he was but in a good way. He played tough but never tried to hurt other players like someone else we all know. The. More I see of him I believe he was the Best defensive player I've ever seen in the game of basketball. In his own way he was able to get into other players heads just as much as Byrd did.
