Although I'm a day late I'll still post this since I haven't seen anyone do it Based on the Visuals and my understanding of Japanese I'm guessing this one is based on the Urban Legend called Hitori kakurenbo (一人隠れん坊) which roughly translates to "One-man Hide and Seek" which is played by you and one stuff toy only Due to time management and my lazy tendencies I'll only give a rough summary of how the game works So first of is you need to be alone at home (obviously) then you'll also need a stuff toy (a doll or a stuff animal would be the best option), anything that can cut, a thread (idk if it's true but preferably you need a red thread), raw rice, and a cup of salt water(a knife is optional I think) How the game works; First you'll need to cut open(from the stomach) the doll or what stuff toy you picked then remove the stuffing and re-stuff it with rice then sew it using the thread (using a red is preferably since it will symbolize the veins or blood of a person) then say for the first round you're it (using your name ex. For the first round 'insert name' it) then fill up a bathtub with water (a sink is also optional) then drop the doll or whatever you picked into the tub, go into the living room, open the tv and go to a channel with static only and then sit down and count to ten..... After counting to 10 go back to the bathroom, pick up the thing you dropped at the tub then say that they're it this time (oh yea you need to name that thing) also three times then stab it with the thing you use to cut it with and then run out of the bathroom and hide with the cup of salt water in your hand Due to my lazyness I gave up on saying how to end the game so if you want to know go look it up on the internet This Urban Legend was famous years ago so there's a lot of video and article about this Oh and all the stuff you need to say during the game needs to be on Japanese

Based on the Visuals and my understanding of Japanese
I'm guessing this one is based on the Urban Legend called Hitori kakurenbo (一人隠れん坊) which roughly translates to "One-man Hide and Seek" which is played by you and one stuff toy only
Due to time management and my lazy tendencies I'll only give a rough summary of how the game works
So first of is you need to be alone at home (obviously) then you'll also need a stuff toy (a doll or a stuff animal would be the best option), anything that can cut, a thread (idk if it's true but preferably you need a red thread), raw rice, and a cup of salt water(a knife is optional I think)
How the game works;
First you'll need to cut open(from the stomach) the doll or what stuff toy you picked then remove the stuffing and re-stuff it with rice then sew it using the thread (using a red is preferably since it will symbolize the veins or blood of a person) then say for the first round you're it (using your name
ex. For the first round 'insert name' it) then fill up a bathtub with water (a sink is also optional) then drop the doll or whatever you picked into the tub, go into the living room, open the tv and go to a channel with static only and then sit down and count to ten.....
After counting to 10 go back to the bathroom, pick up the thing you dropped at the tub then say that they're it this time (oh yea you need to name that thing) also three times then stab it with the thing you use to cut it with and then run out of the bathroom and hide with the cup of salt water in your hand
Due to my lazyness I gave up on saying how to end the game so if you want to know go look it up on the internet

One man hide and seek is pretty famous already, but the red room is about a internet pop up that reads "do you like ___" and as you close the pop up it changes to "do you like the red room". It then turns your screen red and lists the names of previous victims. Something happens (haven't ever seen what, it either skips over it or explicitly says they don't know or its unknown) and the person is found dead after a suicide, painting the room red in their own blood
