Grilled Salmon With Avocado Salsa

  • Healthy, light, scrumptious meal! So easy and so simple- here’s how to make it:
    -16oz salmon fillet
    -butter cubed
    -seasonings: salt, black pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika
    -2 medium Avocados
    -2oz feta cheese
    -dried dill
    -sumac
    -2 limes
    -5 or 6 Persian cucumbers
    For the salmon, on a baking pan lined with parchment paper, add all the seasonings listed above. Sprinkle enough to cover the salmon. No need to season the bottom, it’ll soaked through the entire salmon. Please enter the oven at 375° for 25 minutes.
    While that cooks, mash two medium avocados, and season with salt, juice of one lime, and dried dill.
    Slice Persian cucumbers into thin ribbons, season with salt, sumac, juice of 1 lime.
    After the salmon has baked, allow it to cool down for 15 minutes and lather your mash avocado on top. Garnish with feta cheese. Serve with your cucumber salad and enjoy!
