If you only have bowfa, like starting a bowfa rebuild or something, you can change the attack style to accurate for the shield phase so your attack speed is the same as muspah, so smite flicking is easier

This and every other fucking osrs youtuber out there I swear. Its like they have no concept of late game and END game gear/stats. Like no my stats arent 90-95+ but there arent sub 80 either? Same for gear. Every guide saying "Tbow, bofa or armadyl, rest is shit". Only one actually calling these out for what they are is Condor. Price/performance is always worth considering.

Not a single item I used was best in slot lol., maybe anguish. With no bowfa and crystal, all you need is a dragon crossbow and blessed d hide. You will be able to get a few kills a trip and start making gp. I actually said this in the video at 2:36. And no shit you get more optimal rates with better gear
You're absolutely right that it wasnt bis. But the difference between what you showed and what is bis is marginal at best. I'm not shitting on you for talking about the extremely high value gear, I just hate that youtubers talk about it as if it wouldnt take months to afford most of the gear/setups ya'll use/mention in your clips. Not saying you specifically, but RWT is well and alive and I suspect the lot of them participate. Anyway, I'm done ranting. Hey there, you mentioned the ring of suffering helping during a certain phase. Does it help with the shield phase? If so, how?
Reflect damage back at the shield
so if im not using i crossbow how do i get past the smite phase? i have max gear and im getting pieced up at that stage
Wait for her to attack when praying range, turn on smite, hit her, then turn range back on before her next attack, repeat
