Ingredients:
Mixed Sprouts (matki, chana, mung) : 150 grams
Onion (chopped) - 2 medium
Tomato (chopped) - 2 medium
Coriander Leaves - 1/4 cup
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 2
Curry leaves
Cooking oil - 3-4 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/3 tsp
Salt to taste - approx. 1.5 tsp

Very nice! I tried many of ur recepies,turned out very nice,, one suggestion in this missal ,am from Nashik we use kala masala or goda masala for the authentic taste,! You try once with goda masala !

Quick and nice recipes
Easy and quick recipe. Tried it today and loved it. Its difficult to get Matki sprouts here even in Indian stores so tried with moong sprouts and it was yum. Thanks dear Kabita for the lovely recipe😋😊
