🤗🤗. The hairs stood up on my arms when on our news they aired the video of you returning home and literally crying as they ran just as joyously to you. Didn’t put 2 and 2 together until UA-cam suggested your videos. Having gone through a major fire coming down a mountain to our ranch with 48 horses peacocks and many other animals I understood the tragedy that you experienced. Some horses we led out of stalls with wet towels over their eyes while others we opened the gates and told them to run all the while hot embers everywhere and burning us and them. Two days later some returned to the gate while others grazing on people’s lawns and some just walking aimlessly down the roads. We lost 10 .....some with very serious burns some to predators running from the fire too and a few never found. After a while we sheltered many others and doctored their needs to go home while trying to rebuild again. Your story touched me when I heard you openly cry and now I’m enjoying your channel everyday. Each animal you have are treated like little people and your love for them continues to grow. How lucky for you that through such tragedy you found each other. Like an ending to a child’s book .......all is well again. And for us each day you reward us with great stories and tears when one gets sick and now ALL of us are family. I wish you would have a secure flood proof structure, high above the ground, that could house all of the animals in case those floods ever come back. So unpredictable. I can't recall how I came across your 1st video of the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey and you Lester seeing Patti, then Meg and Ivy. I broke down with and I myself was in a Bad bad place finding my new normal life after my husband took his life, PTSD from the job ( LEO) and I had to get up every day and head into work ( LEO) and find that 1 single spot of HOPE for others. To Serve and Protect and then I got Cancer ( job related). I felt your 1st video deep down in my Soul and Gut , NEVER STOPPED WATCHING ON THE DAILY. NEVER. Every single video gave me hope and the perseverance to keep going on step at a time and rebuild my life. I had zero clue where it was going. Today I have a home, 4 Pups 2 labs that I have trained for 2 separate purposes and 2 that I took in to love for they were dumped. I have a loving boyfriend who I never thought in a million years I would find another love like I had with my husband. I have NEW friends now as the ones in my darkest days left me and never looked back. I now know who my real friends are. Since then my entire family has passed away and now it's me, my boyfriend, pups and quality over quantity of solid friends. I absolutely consider your Family 100% Friends. Your life, story and videos get me up and going on some real rough days which I tell no one about. You, Jami, LE, Lex, Xander, PawPaw, Gigi, Jake, Bryn, have the Biggest HEARTS I have ever come across. ❤ I am SO Grateful, Blessed, Thankful and Humbled for that 1st video to cross my path on that 1 particular day in my life. Please never say Sorry for being you nor give the negative people space in your head, you DON'T need to " Man up" you are a Human being period. I live in Florida...East central coast....so I have been through many hurricanes. After Frances and Jeanne we had so much damage. It is very emotional coming home after a hurricane to see what may be left while also seeing the damage others have endured. I can’t begin to imagine having to witness the loss of so many animals. You are a strong person. Keep being you! Thank you for giving a second chance to all your animals.

Lester and Jami, Everytime this video pops up and I just have to re-watch it. You guys have came along ways since then a very long way. You have worked so hard sweat and tears and Jami as well. It just amazes me when I see what you and many more went through but you really had nothing but the land and 3 animals and look at you guys now. God says "What's Worth Having Is Worth Working For Again To Rebuild" and that is what you and Jami did!!! You didn't kno what your future was goin to be or where you was going , you didn't even kno Jami then but God never left you even when you thought everyone else had!! Little that we kno from one day to the next we just have to Believe in our Faith in God.....I have said this many times Lester, God sent Jami to you and you to her bc at the time you both needed each other and didn't know it!!!! Good evening Lester and Jami. How the heck did I miss this one on YT. Pretty sure I have seen it before but not marked like I did just now. You and Jami should be so proud of what you started out doing and how far you have come now. So many joyous moments, some very tearful ones, I still tear up seeing you come down the drive way to home after Harvey, to seeing Petunia and thinking back on how far she had improved before the accidental poisoning and for sure Huck and Shirley on top of the Jeep and them just having a blast playing. Everytime this video pops up and I just have to re-watch it. You guys have came along ways since then a very long way. You have worked so hard sweat and tears and Jami as well. It just amazes me when I see what you and many more went through but you really had nothing but the land and 3 animals and look at you guys now. God says "What's Worth Having Is Worth Working For Again To Rebuild" and that is what you and Jami did!!! You didn't kno what your future was goin to be or where you was going , you didn't even kno Jami then but God never left you even when you thought everyone else had!! Little that we kno from one day to the next we just have to Believe in our Faith in God.....I have said this many times Lester, God sent Jami to you and you to her bc at the time you both needed each other and didn't know it!!!! This video says so much more and if anyone in our world 🌎 needs to have a reminder that when someone loses EVERYTHING and they think it's over well I Pray that they see this video bc "It's Just The Beginning"!!
