I saw only the thumbnail, and thought "what in the hell is Steve doing with a Furby"?? I'd have needed a beer, or earplugs for the first six minutes or-so...
One of the motels that I do Amana PTAC/PTHP work for had a strange situation appear about three months back; during an extensive renovation (six years ago), someone affixed 'pea-sized' globs of expanded 'fire/smoke barrier caulk' into the cold water supply to (at least two of the rooms). However they did it, the sabotage didn't show symptoms until early August.
The first 'appearance' shut the toilet and pedestal sink in one bathroom, however, the shower was plumbed in a dedicated manor, of off the main cold supply. The (second, and so-far last) 'appearance', took out the cold supply for a different shower, and this one was off of the main cold supply. BTW, FYI, the caulk held up well - for being inside of a cold water circuit.

Note: Cold/Hot water in rest of house is fine including bathroom sink. Renter states the water "slowly came to a stop while filling tub"
I replaced the valve cartridge but the block seems to be up stream. Im kinda stumped....

I have used the correct Allen wrench and still cannot get the handle off. Do you have any suggestions? Faucet installed 20 years ago and is same as faucet in your video.

Work in a hotel with hundreds of those and they clog regularly. You practically need a line filter like a ref unit.

I tried to remove American Standard Pressure Balancing unit 077171-0070A. The face plastic came off and the rest is within the housing. It does not come out easily. I tried to pull with no success. Any suggestions on how to remove it. I am not sure what is holding it there. I tried CLR and again with no success,
