I can do without all that scripted drama, and the craftsmanship is grade A. Kindig is the modern equivalent of Big Daddy Ed Roth. Rat Fink, if you don't remember the 60s.
I love the comical comradery as much as the build itself, the different mechanics have different comical sides to them but it all works so well. I don't believe that it is 100% unscripted because they occasionally do a look back show that focused on a customer of an Orange pickup truck that couldn't get his lines right and had to be reshot several times.

The lack of bitchieness and the fun atmosphere of the shop is the reason this is my number 1 car show, oh and the cracking motors they turn out of course
Being a car builder myself Dave and this bunch of technicians are the best I’ve ever seen. Phenomenal talent craftsmanship and love of the art reflect in every build on the show. Love ya Dave and crew. “ simply the best” Bitchn Rides,” “there is no substitution” !!!!!
It's the lack of BS and drama that make this show so great. The educational value for gear heads is second to none. Having been fortunate enough meet and chat with Dave and Kev these guys are real deal car guys and willing to share their knowledge with those willing to learn. Hope the show has many years ahead
NO DOUBT ABOUT IT… this group of men.. are the men when you want a ride done right and to a very high level ! Top notch skilled craftsmen with a shop full of all the necessary equipment to build anything to show quality perfection. I love being taught by these guy’s the tricks and ways to make car fantasies become reality. Thanks guy’s… your the best….PAT
Hands down one of the best car shows on TV they joke around but you get to see some awesome cars actual repairs an workmanship, Dave an his team of specialists are the best .
I'm a fabricator myself and mainly work with Corvettes.(the earlier year models from 53-82) I have built cars for the shows and know what it takes to build a winner! It's dedication, and love that keeps me going and I see that in everyone in the Bitchin' Rides Series! All the guys share their knowledge, and secrets with each other in a heartbeat and that makes for a Great Team! I love the show and hope it continues to flourish with new ideas, and the camaraderie never ends. Last year some friends and myself rode our Harleys to Sturgis and on our way back to the Bay Area, my best friend and I headed towards Salt Lake City to check out Kindigit Designs. Didn't see any of the guys that we wanted to see but, did get to photograph some of the cars there and buy a bunch of "T" Shirts! Lol! I'm looking forward to going again this year, 2023, and ride another 4000 miles of fun, and enjoy the company of good friends!!!
I love this show for it's realism and no drama. It's really cool to see the cars transformed and a bit of how they do it shared. I've been to the shop a couple times and met Dave the last time I was there. He is a really cool, down to earth guy as are all the staff I've met. DON'T CHANGE A THING!!!!
I seriously doubt there is no scripted scenes in this show. I’ve watched it for years. There are lots of scenes that seem “over dramatic” or edited to imply drama
I firmly believe this is the best car show on T.V. bar non. And the main reason is because it isn’t full if scripted phoniness as well as it stays true to the work they do which is truly Bitchin’ . I have been a body man all my life, from when I was 14 and I am 67 now. I know what it takes to do the quality work Dave and his minions do. And it ain’t easy my friend. I will continue to watch Bitchin’ rides as long as they are on T.V.. And I truly hope that it will be for a long long time. Keep up the good work Dave and we here in Canada salute you and your crew. So keep up the Bitchin good work.
I agree that a combination of the lack of fake drama and a high attention to detail and quality is what makes for a good show. There needs to be more shows like this one out there. If this shop was in my home state of MN I would love the opportunity to work there.
Dave's team has an excellent way of putting imagination into form and function.Talent at this level is hard to come by.I wish Dave the best this is a tough business to say the least.I have done this restoration work in a two car garage for over 22 years, I have the utmost respect for the caliber of work they do.
I absolutely love this show! I love watching the work that they do and Dave will draw something cool then his very very talented mechanics, fabricators and engineers make it happen, and I don’t want to miss T&S upholstery, he is great at what he does also. If I had a million dollars I would Definitely send my 68 Camaro to them. What a bunch of talent in one building! Love this show
Can't stand drama, ie some motorcycle building shows that are now gone! Shows like this are what I like to watch. Truly talented people who turn out outstanding product!
His the best show on car on tv. i am 78 years old with 56 Chevy hot rod that I have had for 17 years. It is getting harder to work on more and more. And expensive to pay some one. But your show keeps me going. Thank you again again.
I just started watching your show for the first time on 3/13 I was blown away with the awesome talent and beautiful projects you guys do.l am totally sold on your show.
Don't change a thing, finally a show not scripted, plus they do outstanding work. You don't need people throwing chairs and bashing doors or getting into fake fights. Would love if they could work on my 47 ford sedan deluxe I've been customizing. I wish i could afford them.
Best Auto Resto show showing in Australia by a mile. You actually get to see how things are done without any pre-scripted fake drama. After all it is all about the cars and how they have been created. Love it 10 out of 10
Love this show not only for their work ethic and awesome ability to transform these beautiful cars but because there is not scripted rubbish. Don’t change Dave. Long drives and straight putts mate.
One of the best car shows ever. Love the honest work they do. Only wish I could afford to redo my 86 442 by them. Keep going Dave all your guys are 1st class.
Yo Dave , keep it up ! There is no need for extra drama. If you have ever built a car , there is enough drama to put it together nicely , no need for that other bs. Hope to watch you all for a long time coming. Ride on !!!
Forget the drama ! There is too much of fake drama in all the shows on TV. I love Chip Foose, but the Overhauling show is the worst. The bad mise en scene, the crying, the fake situations, I hate it. But don't get me wrong, Chip Foose is the best car designer out there. What real car enthusiast want to see is, the how to, great workmanship, and superb cars. This show is by far the best car show at the moment.
"It's not about them, it's about the cars". Not true at all! I love seeing the metal fabrication & the interesting solutions to common car building issues. That it doesn't have drama built into it just makes the show all that much sweeter.
I’m a 75 y/o retired executive that’s been working on cars since I bought my first car, a 1950 Hudson Pacemaker, at age 15 for $2.00. I repaired suspension, steering, carburetor and body/paint. I love Bitching Rides because of the fantastic work they do. I’ve learned a great deal and continue to enjoy the show because there’s no drama. I hope to buy one of his corvette repops.
This is got to be one most down to earth, yet super high end fabrication shows to build such show quality 'drivers' to take out and run the wheels off, than most other shows. Really well presented, edited and directed.
I appreciate there is no manufactured drama. Kendig-it makes outstanding vehicles out of "not so much." I probably couldn't afford to put a foot into the shop for a Kendig-it makeover, but I enjoy watching the process. Keep up the good work.
I absorb each and every episode as a reminder and testament to the quality of fabrication and detailed workmanship. Especially I refer to, Walt's designing, fabricating-building (there is a distinction between the two words, believe me I know) of this trucks metal Convertible top. Walt is a master in design, engineering, and fabrication. That's why I watch the show is for it's craftsman at work. Secondly, I am amazed how Dave can find customers (these days) who can afford what it costs to have these craftsman work on there cars. Having been in the business in California for years during the "best years" of the 70s, 80s, 90s, and into the 2000, seeing the best builders reduce their business because there isn't enough customers to pay what it costs these days to build the type of car I see being built by Kindig is remarkable. Thanks for reading my contribution.
I love this show far more than any other show of its type currently. The work they do is mind boggling. His attention to detail is head and shoulder’s above any other shop by far.
my name is Victor Aceves and I own victor's auto collision repair in California I have never seen such craftsManship in auto restoration before . like bitchin rides dave kindi does it ! i just want to say that i agreed with all of the people who are commenting today that without a doubt kindig bitchin rides is the best show i ever seen i'm working on my 1956 ford f100 and i learn a lot on how to do custom work keep up with all the nice work. i'm always watching your show
If I had the money, I would want a car from Overhaulin, Bitchin Rides, Texas Metal, Iron Resurrection, Orange Is The New Black and a few that names I can't remember right now
The reason this show is so great is that there is no arguing, bs, temper tantrums, and loudmouths on it. It’s just a bunch of highly talented guys who love to customize cars. It can’t get any better than that.
This is exactly why I watch this show. There's fake "Oh we need to finish this in 10 minutes or we lose the shop" I watch the show due to my appreciation of Dave and all of his team and their tallent. If I wanted drama, I could turn off the TV and engage with my family..
This is exactly what I want to see in a car show. I dislike any scripted drama that takes all the attention, then skipping almost all the work done on the featured car(s) and just showing the finished product(s) for a few moments at the end of the episode. Kindig does the opposite and just focuses on the business at hand, no drama. That’s why I’ve stopped watching many other car shows after I saw the first few episodes of Bitchin’ Rides. Have watched all aired episodes of this series so far, loving every moment of it! Keep going Dave and KevDogg, that’s the way to do it! 😎
This is a great show !! I’am glad that it is drama free ! The guys are very passionate and very talented at what they do ! They put out some awesome vehicles !! Wish I had the money for them to do a car for me !!! Great show !!
This one is my favorite because of the talented crew and quality of what they produce. This show just has a crew with a level of intelligence and skill most other shows just don’t have. I don’t like the manufactured drama so many other shows produce.
Love this show love the craftsmanship ,love the fact it’s not scripted, Camp Will I find patronising ,but again he’s good at his job . Much better than OMG we are going to miss a deadline and staged fights in the garage . Dave Kindig is the new Boyd Coddington ,with out the annoying bully foreman who I would have personally decked had he spoke to like he did other staff members. Love the fact that at Kindig everyone helps each other out its a quality team .
Dave. Keep doing what you do how your doing it. You will always have customers when you and your family crew are dedicated to the builds. Love almost all of your designs. Jim

The lack of bitchieness and the fun atmosphere of the shop is the reason this is my number 1 car show, oh and the cracking motors they turn out of course
For me the stars of this show are the cars as each is truly a work of art. The show is always as fresh as the next build.
Love watching the skill and talent at work.Great show, the unscripted no drama approach is the true reality why change it.
The best car enthusiast show on TV, no drama, just being themselves at work, more power to you, DAVE
one of the best car restoration/modification shows by far. The real thing....period.
Great Show!! Keep them coming!!
The quality of workmanship on this program is unbelievable in comparison to everything else! Awesome show! Please keep airing the show!
I love this show, no drama just art.
Love this show
Phenomenal show and creativity!! Owned a machine shop for years and I'm fascinated and dumbfounded at the metal work these guys turn out
Can't stand drama, ie some motorcycle building shows that are now gone!
If this show fails, so be it.
Kindig It Designs builds the best possible custom cars. Their fabrication skills are second to none.
I just started watching your show for the first time on 3/13 I was blown away with the awesome talent and beautiful projects you guys do.l am totally sold on your show.
Love the show and the builds, true artists!
If I had the money I would have kindigit build it over any one else in the us
At 86yrs of age I'm fascinated by each step of a build. The artist's are great!!!! Love to work with all. Thanks.
This show is my favorite car show , the crew and everyone on there are freaking amazing !!!
One of the best car shows ever. Love the honest work they do. Only wish I could afford to redo my 86 442 by them. Keep going Dave all your guys are 1st class.
A true program you can also learn from 💪🏻👍🏻
Bitching Rides is one of the best of these kind of shows and everyone that I have talked to said that it is one of their favorites.
Best car show on TV ever! Very talented staff. Great mix of personalities.
Yo Dave , keep it up ! There is no need for extra drama. If you have ever built a car , there is enough drama to put it together nicely , no need for that other bs. Hope to watch you all for a long time coming. Ride on !!!
This and Fantom Works were / are (in my opinion) the best of the best, course I hate the drama and love the tiniest details of car restoration.
Fantom works all drama, and man he over charges everyone.
couldn't stand Dan's first reaction was can't then if the money was there can...
I have watched every show. It's a great show along with Iron Resurrection.
Unlike Grave Yard Cars is the pits.
Keep up the GREAT work Dave Kindig , you and your wonderful crew !
This is got to be one most down to earth, yet super high end fabrication shows to build such show quality 'drivers' to take out and run the wheels off, than most other shows. Really well presented, edited and directed.
A car show about cars what more can you ask for.
I appreciate there is no manufactured drama. Kendig-it makes outstanding vehicles out of "not so much." I probably couldn't afford to put a foot into the shop for a Kendig-it makeover, but I enjoy watching the process. Keep up the good work.
I enjoy this show as it is.Try to watch it all the time. Most other car shows are crap because of the fighting (drama).
Great car builders, very entertaining.. a real car guy's show
I love this show far more than any other show of its type currently. The work they do is mind boggling. His attention to detail is head and shoulder’s above any other shop by far.
Love the show and the crew!
my name is Victor Aceves and I own victor's auto collision repair in California I have never seen such craftsManship in auto restoration before . like bitchin rides dave kindi does it ! i just want to say that i agreed with all
of the people who are commenting today that without a doubt kindig bitchin rides is the best show i ever seen i'm working on my 1956 ford f100 and i learn a lot on how to do custom work
keep up with all the nice work. i'm always watching your show
If I had the money Dave would be the one I’d go too
If I had the money, I would want a car from Overhaulin, Bitchin Rides, Texas Metal, Iron Resurrection, Orange Is The New Black and a few that names I can't remember right now
The reason this show is so great is that there is no arguing, bs, temper tantrums, and loudmouths on it. It’s just a bunch of highly talented guys who love to customize cars. It can’t get any better than that.
Absolutely Love Dave & his show
This is exactly why I watch this show. There's fake "Oh we need to finish this in 10 minutes or we lose the shop" I watch the show due to my appreciation of Dave and all of his team and their tallent. If I wanted drama, I could turn off the TV and engage with my family..
Love the show , Birchen Rides , the quality of their work makes up for the lack of drama or scripted crap ❤️
I love the show because of the way he treats his crew, they way they treat each other and their talents are just surreal.
This one is my favorite because of the talented crew and quality of what they produce. This show just has a crew with a level of intelligence and skill most other shows just don’t have. I don’t like the manufactured drama so many other shows produce.
It’s a every day watch for me love all the work they do and amazingly beautiful metal work, gives me ideas of what I want on projects I am doing.
Jim
