I would like to know any hints or advice your doctors have given you to help with a particular autoimmune problem. I believe you share some of the same issues as I do with systemic lupus and Sjogren’s For instance, I know you also struggle with SIBO as I do. My doctor advised a fiber supplement even though I didn’t think I needed it, and a ginger supplement, to keep it from returning. So far, so good!
