@@BACKROOMS_3999 no I’m definitely right. (Will You) Come Back My Love is the last song heard on the tape, it was found on November 23, 2022, Windless was the last to be identified and was done so on April 4, 2023, the 50th anniversary of the opening of the World Trade Center and received by Mike Strickland on April 20, 2023.
Despite the song's name, I cannot listen to it without picturing a gentle breeze caused by the outflow winds of nearby thunderstorms whipping through the hair of a pair of best friends sitting together on a bench on the rooftop observation deck of the South Tower after business hours watching the moon rise over the East River, the setting sun backlighting the characters as it sets under the Hudson River. This scene probably takes place during the evening's calm before the storm on the evening of Monday, September 10, 2001, while that evening's conga line of incoming thunderstorms looms on the horizon, the flashes of lightning timed alongside the camera flashes as the friends take pictures of the distant lightning.
As long as our comminity discovers new songs from the WTC Plaza, it's like life return right where it belongs... All those glorious decades of the original WTC, with so much people passing through the complex... Such a huge amount of life and happiness was lost there... Ground Zero of course still exists, but it will be never the same... The absence of the original Twin Towers is so huge....May the souls of every person who died on 9/11 rest in peace... We (as millenials) are the last generation who remember well these glorious decades, and have the duty to restore things as they were before 9/11... We know what hapiness is, we know what it looked like, we lived with it....And we will restore the lost balance one day.... And all those songs will be played again on the new WTC Plaza...
Technically, "Will you Come Back my Love" was the last song in the Jack Taliercio footage, but this song was the last to be identified from the same footage.
She’s always a women and windless honestly the best songs of the plaza how deep your love is good but it will never beat how these two songs sound calm and brings pease to the site of the WTC on fire
I wonder if the artist realised his song was one of the last to play in the plaza? Like all the others this song is eerily calming and quite a nice piece.
Yes, we were in contact with Mike Strickland for weeks before finally finding this, we still talk to him often and he will be releasing this as a single named “Windless (Dedication)” on 9/11.
Long story short: W4SP listened to a song that gave the vibe off this song called Lizabeths Lullaby so he contacted the artist and within days he got it
Everyone in chat, just in case you do not know, this is the final unknown song from the Talierco 9/11 Plaza tape.
Now its Will You Come Back My Love instead, *Update*.

Well it’s the last one before the one that had the man falling

I don't know why, but this type of music in general makes me feel nostalgic

I agree! 💜
The lost song that played in the Wtc plaza on 9/11
is Finally found After 22 years
I thought that it was How Deep Is Your Love.
Hey that's my age's length

This is so cathartic, thank you for finding this.
1:26 "Uhhh let's get up there together and take pictures, you'll never know you might find a hanndd."
Worst dark humor used by a man in jacks plaza video
@@marcocampos2332i think when he said "you might find a hand" he meant that jack will eventually find a person waving for help

1:06 Finally found!
If I'm correct this is in between the songs "she's always a woman to me" and "how deep is your love"
Yes! That’s correct
Hard to imagine playing it duting the burning debree, papers and people falling down the building...
Thank you
I like it
*important song... during 9/11.*
Finally

As new music comes in I’ll be sure to share.
Y'all found this when I was at FRC Worlds 2023 and now it's all I can think about when I hear it. It's not anything WTC related it's just "robot". 😭
