I hope you're coping well Annette. I only know of you through watching your videos but I feel sad when I think of you. May Christmas be filled with the happy memories of your life with Frank and may that give you strength. ❤
Great presentation. I saw this house before on some platforms but for the first time it looks good. Never before was the beautiful church next to the house mentioned.
Ask and you shall receive! A 3+hour church tour! hahaha Very patient of you! It is probably the most she has got to explain in eons, to a visitor to the location. Definitely beautiful for sure. Looks like a fab town in general. I'm always intrigued how so many see so much potential, which I have a tough time doing. Well done! Great vid!
Wow! That church is stunning! It never fails to surprise me when you go inside those little village churches and they are just so ornate and fabulous!! I can only imagine how much it costs them to keep up with all of that! The property is awesome! The upstairs bedroom is so big! So grand! It will be amazing to see finished. Maybe if one of your viewers buys it you can do a followup down the road and show the before and after! Cheers!
Annette when you are saying stacco here and stacco there ..pointing to the walls ..are you meaning stucco?..plaster? you make me laugh😂..I hope you and your family are doing well..un abbraccio
Thanks for sharing Annette. It's an interesting project but I fully agree with you that it would be better if it were bought jointly. Location is beautiful (and in Tuscany) but further building costs may be higher than one hopes.
So happy to see you back, Annette. Thinking of you and sending up continued prayers for you. The property is beautiful. So much potential. The village is just a little too small for me. (I think I need more going on.) But it will be perfect for someone.😊
So interesting and love the height. Hope your friend finds it right to buy! Very nice, thank you! I am curious, when you say add a window here, or 2 or take a wall down here, etc... do you have to get special approval for this construction/deconstruction due the homes of such historical value? Thinking of you as always...
Ciao Annette. Ah yes, a very enthusiastic and deeply detailed church tour...heard you say 3 hours, and I did not take that as an exaggeration, correct?! The house (and the adjoining house) seems like a well priced project that is 60% done already. Or do you say 75%? Thank you as always
I think I might renovate the guest cottage first put bathroom in. Live there part time while they are working on the house. Just need a make shift kitchen. If it were to take longer than 6 months might be nice.
Same here. A kitchen in the Netherlands (which is more expensive than Italy) is between say 7-25k and a bathroom you can have for say 5-25 (of course lots of variation possible bc of quality differences, material differences, discount etc you can google the prices yourself too ;)). It also depends on choices like: Do you want one or two bathrooms, double glazing, would you paint the walls yourself or have it done for you etc. I "guesstimate" 70-150k depending on choices of quality and doing some own work or not. And maybe 30k more if the second property needs a new roof (it seemed so from above). I would be curious to hear what Annette thinks how much it would cost to finish off the house.
Looks quite remote and very quiet, some may be looking for that but for me I would need to be close to a larger city within 40 minutes drive. I think also unfortunately not a good outlook (View) and privacy would be a concern. Also only 2/3 bedrooms the underneath a low ceiling.... one outside. Of course price could reflect all this and it has potential to be a fabulous space with drive on access/parking.
You look great Annette, I’m so glad you’re doing well!
Wishing you well Anette. Selfishly it is good to see you posting videos but I hope you are doing good behind the camera. Lovely church project!
Beautiful

Beautiful church in such a small borgo!! What a view from that house which could be something really special.

That property has so much potential. The church is amazing too!
Just wondering how far to nearest amenities, like a restaurant or grocery store?
Great showing ... who chose the music?
I love love this!

Hi Ryan, she wrote above (just scroll to the top) 75% done.
@@mradventurer8104 Eagle eye you have...thank you for finding that!
I love this place. With the bottom area this may be too big. Glad to see you are back. Hope you are ok.
What a great project. I love the space and potential. In your notes you had a spoiler alert. Is this one sold?
Which town? What s in it? Really interesting project indeed.
How do you know what is a good or bad price? It seems like the wild wild west. No one talks of comparables.

Nice place, love the wood and stone! Curious how much it would cost to finish it out?

Looks to be ~550-600m alta - so good stage to add underfloor heating.
no way that would be finished in 6 months in Italy, probably a year at least
