My res has been the same for 8 yrs. Don't start smoking! I quit 8 yrs ago and I still crave on occasion. Good on you for the plant diet. I can't do it. I'm more farm to table. I have my own garden and get meat from local farmers. Don't eat much red meat, mostly fish and chicken. I was all about the snow mod until the snow and cold hit Pittsburgh this week lol.
I don’t know about the steering cover one. But I did learn another interesting liability thing years ago… If you leave a space in traffic for someone to turn in front of you or something like that… Do NOT wave them through. If they get hit by somebody else coming down the lane, you can partially be liable. Just leave the space and that’s it.
Well, as a Subaru veteran of both the port of entry and dealership level, they got the color right on the hauler. United Road colors and they’re Subaru exclusive here on the west coast
My first car I built myself at 14 with my uncle a 73 pinto station 4-speed best car ever had back then you never had to worry about breaking down every junkyard had one for parts love your content thanks for sharing
This truck/trailer looks beautiful! I’ve been educating myself recently about the vegetarian lifestyle for eco-friendly reasons. I’m not quite there yet but I’m making progress! I’m at least better with getting my meat “afield to table” vs from a store. Enjoy the Rolex 24!

Freaking love this sim even more in person! I just wanted to say that I play completely Vanilla, and I also get a bit of skipping in Texas. You probably already know that it is game related, but I did want to inform you of what I am seeing as a new player in my game. At least you can rule out "mods" as being your issue. Gotta love that car hauler. It's a shame it's payware, but I digress. I guess I always thought that trailers like that aren't in use where SCS lives (somewhere in Eastern Europe isn't it?). And we where spoiled by Viper's 389, everything else falls short - too bad that Viper announced that he was no longer playing ATS - and therefore was no longer going to maintain it, and then the truck mod took on the title "unsupported". Mines been limping along, except for the last week or so, where lights in the dash stopped working *pout*. SCS's Pete is disappointing. I won't even get into how I owned over 20 vehicles (1 or 2 at a time) by the age of 19! I bought, repaired-if needed and then resold 'em all. Great video Jeff, it's good to see what's out there.
Thanks for a great video, as for your question regarding steering wheel covers, in most of EU, Wheel covers, air fresheners or anything hanging from the rear view, and windscreen mounts can in some cases indeed make you at fault on insurance cases. Something to do with anything obstructing your windscreen disturbs your FOV. And a steering wheel must be of a non slip material etc. So often fuzzy or fancy ones can even get you ticketed. (not everywhere, some some parts).
I definitely gotta agree with Jeff on the whole feeling much better meatless. Not fully there myself, but i did ditch Gluten and thats been heavily beneficial
I’ve actually tried cauliflower substitutions for boneless wings and OMG is it absolutely amazing, my sister decided one night that we should try something new for dinner and wow, quite the shocker to your taste buds for sure!
I'm actually on a Carnivore diet vegetables give me Diarrhea and inflame my gut so I switched to carno and I've lost weight and everything I guess it's just what works for your body new studys are coming out about meat and how nutrient dense it is but to each there own keep up the good work Jeff

I've been mostly vegetarian except for one or two meals a month since 2020, and I agree: More energy, better mood, leaner, less inflammation and other GI upsets. I started on the diet for animal ethics and climate change reasons, but the health benefits can't be overstated. Thanks for sharing, Jeff!

Definitely excited for 1.50 as well, I’ve been playing ATS since way back in the early-ish days about 3 years after release (so since 1.36 which is likely ancient at this point)
I am kind of surprised the mod doesn't at least have more of the in-game parts, the wheels and tires make sense as most car haulers run a lower profile tire to help keep under 13' 6".
Jeff I just got the zeemods sound packs and I’m in love with the sounds, been kinda skeptical to get them but I finally said screw it and got them and I haven’t regretted it

How SWEET would it be if you could operate the trailer hydraulics and load/unload the cars yourself like a real car hauler driver does. I know it would take much more work to make all the game physics and actions, but it would so be worth it!
I've been using Serial Black's physics mod for a bit now and my god does it make a huge difference! Probably helps that I started using it around the same time that I went from my Logitech DFP to my T248... 😂 I also love me a good land yacht, especially the big, floaty boats of the late 60s, early 70s. Have you considered getting a classic Caddy or something along that line?
I hope SCS Software adds this truck next in ATS. What happens if everyone from OCRP can't join you on GTA6? Some people may not have the computer for it to run. Will you still keep OCRP up and running for them or close it entirely?
I been substituting snacks with plant based foods or hole foods and have been digging it havnt made the full on move so good on you. Also enjoy the moment at the race guy

Got the ATS Sim Panel and it's fab, came to the UK very quickly , purchased from Amazon UK, thinking about the turn signal add-on now, 65 bucks and 78 to ship it !! Might stick to using the paddle shifters as the turn signals for now. Truck mod looks great, does this just install into the mod folder ? Cheers Jeff, Daz, UK.

Just in case you didn't know. Under settings you can adjust your mirror distance to see further behind you.
It causes fps drops for me anything higher than the current setting

You can be blamed for accidents if you have a steering wheel cover because apparently "you're not fully in control of the vehicle"
