She give cirt DMG and spd boost with skill and her ult restore skill points and give DMG boost if u have quantum character use them they are good with her because of her passive

Yes,18-48% dmg bonus.15% atk,4 sp,70-100+ cr dmg.e1 gives 40% atk and 100% uptime on burst.e2 gives def shred up to 24%.kinda nuts
