That little fur baby…too cute, cute, cute!🥹 Your soap makes the sink area look homey instead of having a big plastic bottle of the blue stuff sitting there. Love it!
Hi Sara I’m a candle maker from india and your videos have really inspired me to start making soaps… when we use our hands to make something it takes us into a kind of a meditative state.. I can feel that through your channel.. 🤗
Shalom, Sarah New comer here😊 I just want to reiterate how I THROUGHLY enjoy watching your videos, as I have learned SO MUCH. Thanks for your willingness to share yourself with thoes of us who aspire to learn. Be blessed and hug your pooch for me.
I love this video it was so relaxing and then seeing your dog was such a fun beautiful touch. Bless you for sharing your knowledge may you and your dog receive many blessings
Really love your videos.... I became ur big fan. Every time if i want to make soap ill directly come to search in your videos. Love from India... Thank you so much
very nice and informative video as always, I must give this a try, I usually make an LS all coconut dish and general cleaning soap but its a bit of a faff and I think that the add surfactant would deal with soap scum and that nast grease line arounds the sink and bowl, urgh! Thank you as always.
That was beautiful to watch❤️. I just reuse my old soaps. Shaving/grating them, put it in the microwave with a bit of water to melt, add washing soda and baking soda. Sometimes I'll add a bit of bleach. Mix well and pour it in a container. I hardly use liquid dish soap now😁
@@Lucy-eh5zn Thanks Lucy. I recently started making and using solid dish soap, but I'm left with water spots on dishes and soap scum in sink. If adding washing soda and baking soda will prevent those, how much do you add to the grated soap?
I just learned by practicing and trying different things☺️ I guess my advice would be to just grab a camera and start filming. The process will teach you what you like and what you don't and then you can slowly improve on those things!
Hello, did you cover the jar with the lid during the cure time? I made the soap this morning and there’s a crack in the middle. I wonder what happened ☹️
Hi.. tried doing the recipe... came out really well.. But just a question... does it take time to trace? I felt it took time to trace.had a very slow trace.
Interesting, how long does it take you to make this each time? How long can they be stored if you want to make a bulk amount? I’m new to this home made products but it seems like it’s a no brainer to switch.
Interesting! I've never seen surfactant added before and do you let the soap cure with the lid on? Thank you so much for sharing your soaping videos, they are extremely relaxing!!
Lovely dish soap recipe! And the container is lovely as well. I noticed that you placed the top on the soap jar after you finished using it. Do not the soap need to be air out? Would it cause an issue in any way with the soap being covered?
I made this soap but with SLSa as sulfactant same amount in your recipe as soon as I added the essential oil it hardened up like bar soap in a snap HELP please I dunno what to do😢 😢😢
It would have been a lot more convincing had you used the soap to clean dirty dishes, instead of perfectly clean unused new cups 🙂 (I also make soap and I know coconut oil makes for quite an aggressive cleaning soap, so I'm not doubting the power of this dishsoap, but for a video .. demonstarting soap on clean dishes is just a silly idea.)
What an incredible waste of soap and water! You wash under running water instead of immersing in the sink. And why in the world do you rinse the glass with the soap???😮
It’s just different culture for washing dishes. I was quite surprised first time I saw people washing their dishes by immersing the dishes into the sink and leave the soapy dishes dry without rinsing them with running water. the soap glass rinsing might be for aesthetic reason 😂

Why do you add baking soda and washing soda to grated soap?
Hey Lucy, what does adding washing soda and baking soda do to the soap? Why add it?
@@belindaayewoh437 I use my old soaps to make kitchen soap/paste. Helps to clean greasy, dirty pots, pans or the sink.
@@Lucy-eh5zn Thanks Lucy. I recently started making and using solid dish soap, but I'm left with water spots on dishes and soap scum in sink. If adding washing soda and baking soda will prevent those, how much do you add to the grated soap?
Me encanta tu trabajo muchacha ! ♡
Thank you so much🤗
Great recipe and adorable doggie ❤
Thank you❤️
Love the extra suds. Thanks
🤗
Lovely video! ❤ Quick question, how do you clean the container you mix your lye in?
Beautiful instructions, Thank you
Love it! What if I use fragrance oil, how much Will be?
beauiful recipe! doesn t it need to cure with the lid open?
I was wondering that. Maybe dish soap with the added ingredient has a different curing process.
Thank you! Yes that would be best☺️
How did you learn to take such amazing videos Sara? I would love your tips..
I just learned by practicing and trying different things☺️ I guess my advice would be to just grab a camera and start filming. The process will teach you what you like and what you don't and then you can slowly improve on those things!
That looks amazing. I also really like the white mugs with double handle rings on the side. Are they available for purchase?
Hello, did you cover the jar with the lid during the cure time? I made the soap this morning and there’s a crack in the middle. I wonder what happened ☹️
Your dog so cute
I love those jars. Where'd you get them?
I got them locally in finland😊
I too want them
Love from Mumbai, India ❤
❤️
How did you end up liking this hybrid version? Beautiful video!
What size jars did you use? I am really looking forward to trying this!
Great! They are 440 ml☺️
Thank you!
Love it!

Looks great!! thank you
Hey Sarah, can i make it dishwasher gel? If yes, so how?
Not this one, since sodium hydroxide makes hard soap🙂
Lovely.....I will make this kind of soap
Great☺️
Love you from india

Hi Sara thank you so much for provide your receipt, the ph after the 3 weeks what it is?
My pleasure, it should be around 7-10
Interesting! I've never seen surfactant added before and do you let the soap cure with the lid on?
Thank you so much for sharing your soaping videos, they are extremely relaxing!!
Thank you! I had the lid on loosely☺️

Would this stay solid all the time?
Just discovered your video..love it
is it okay to use hydrosol instead of oil?
Can u tell the product link from where we can purchase
That’s what we use in my country but with a sponge

Hi can I use sodium laureth sulfate instead of sodium cocoyl as a surfactant? thank you for your videos I have seen most of them repetitively ❤
Sure! Thank you so much🤗
Wow I didn’t know that SLeS can be used in cold process! this for your wonderful videos
Hi Great Video... At wat % of water did u add?
Thank you! I think I used a 45% concentration
Hi madam can we cure the soap for 4 to 6 weeks before using it
Sure🙂
Simple and east to make. I will try this. What was your super fat? Thank you!
Awesome☺️ it's 0%
@@tellervo. thank you!
Can I set the mixing speed? I work in large quantities with a self-heating stainless steel mixer. I have a problem with the mixing speed
sure
Hi! Could you make it as a bar instead of a paste in the dish?
Sure☺️
@@tellervo. Would I then need to alter the formula some how? :)
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
where ia can find the brush ande the jar???
Is this dish soap harsh on the skin since there is just coconut oil in it?
It has a low superfat so for most people yes
Thank you!
Were you get your coconut oil at
The supermarket🙂
شكرا لكم
where do you buy those coconut blocks?
At the supermarket in Finland
What is the role of citric asid in this soap? Can I make it without citric asid
Please check the description box, the soap recipe needs to be reformulated if you remove any ingredients, especially citric acid
Cuales son las medidas?
How much oil did you add to the SCI.
little part from the total coconut oil, as it will be added back to the total volume of the remaining part of oil.
Yes just a little bit to 'dissolve' the sci
Hi dear what’s the ph of this soap.

Oh no, what essential oil did you use?
@@tellervo. I just realized it was fragrance oil, I gave it a try the second time and yes it behaved the same 😀
Why would l want to put all those ingredients next to or on my skin ??
