    Im sorry everyone, because i (wrong) record with hevc codec (h265), i had difficulty to edit because my old computer have trouble with driver when decoding h265 codec and not hardware accelerated h265 codec. This video need so much revision and more detail information that i miss when making video, but i cant edit the video because the software editing not stable, i will explain in my website later below.
    Revisions:
    1. To open case you only need unscrew 4 bolt at the edge.
    2. To get the mainboard you need to uncrew bolt at the mainboard and 3 bolt at bridge rectifier, mosfet, and diode. Hard part is unscrew mosfet and diode because the bolt glued to metal part. Be careful! you need to have spare insulated thermalpad before disassembly because thermal pad is 1 time use only! or maybe you may experience mosfet blow because drain short to ground, and the diode too.
    3. The mosfet is not alternating, they switch at same time because is forward topology, but still they are low side and high side, be careful!
    4. They use mosfet gate transformer because is more easy to drive (you dont need bootstrap circuit) and ofcourse in this case the chip is needed.
    5. Other componen omitted is live-neutral safety capacitor after common mode inductor, additional output electrolyte capacitor for store more energy , and maybe film capacitor output for high frequency filtering.
    6. Maybe the fan control by ptc that drive some linear regulator, and detect load to adjust speed by inductor current sense at secondary.
    7. At secondary retifier i think they can switch between diode and mosfet (for synchronous rectifier), actually the board designed for using synchronous rectifier with other controll chip at secondary, the manufacture can select topology by adjusting shunt wire connection. Ofcourse for high voltage like 24 volt its normal to use double diode rather than overkill synchronous rectifier for low voltage. The question is why the double diode is not identical? whats the reason? frequency? efficiency?

    for CNC I think it is better to use an industrial power that clamp to DIN rail they are compact and made for long time use and are fanless and don't need any special maintenance. They are some cheap brands from Taiwan they are very good . I never tried unbranded Chinese because they don't use cheap capacitors and cheap power transistors .

    thank you for your video. I have an LRS-350-24. how I can change the potentiometer from 19 to 24 volts DC to 0 - 24 volts DC. THANKS

      The main controller in the primary section first powered by starting resistor and after turn on powered by auxiliary winding that have linear voltage with primary and secondary, if you set under voltage the main controller doesnt have enough voltage and it will restarting and blow the starting resistor because starting resistor doesnt design for supply power all the time for the main controller except you compliment that auxiliary winding circuit with other power source likely min 10 volt and max at 15 maybe (majority main controller that i observe). But to make this power supply more wide range just replace the potentiometers and or adjust the resistor voltage divider value you need experiment and know about common feedback circuit. If you need adjustable power supply try using computer power supply because the main controller in secondary section thst power by 5 volt standby power supply, just need bypass some undervoltage protection if the power supply good enough.

      @@user-wd5yk2vd4u we can adjust voltage under specification by experiment with resistor divider voltage reference chip and change potentiometer with bigger value but starting resistor will bloody hot make main controller not stable because main controller power ideally must from auxiliary winding or external power supply. The voltage divider under potentiometer beside 431 voltage reference chip.
