    Awesome quick video on the history of apples. This is the first time we have seen a cider press that was a two-in-one. We really need one of those for this fall when we start to make hard cider from fresh apples. Best, David and Rachel from CFS!!

    Red delicious are pretty much only good for cider. So many better cultivars better for everything else.
