One thing I realized just know: when Hannibal suggests the killer may be disfigured and Will says this is interesting,Hannibal immediatly says it isn't,that Will already thought of it before. I believe this is because Hannibal KNOWS Will is very much capable of solving this whole case ON HIS OWN but instead he decides to go after Hannibal. This is only an excuse to see him.Look at him.Get the old scent again. Such interesting dialogues between these two,it reveals their passion and obssession with each other in a whole new way, creative and authentic.
Love the depth of this dialogue. It is something that complements the main idea of episode 4 of the first season. And it's the most heartbreaking thing in the whole series for me: family, because at this moment, the tea cup is shattered, so there's suffering yet wanting that "idea" as hell by both parts Will and Hannibal.
So much of this scene is taken straight from the book, but adapted and added to so it fits with the TV story. I love seeing Mads’s Hannibal reflecting the original character this way!
even with the brightness on full it’s SHROUDED in darkness….but I know they had to do it cause nbc wouldn’t have let them have all the gore if it wasn’t as dark

"Have you ever seen blood in the moonlight?"
I swear ive heard Dr. Lecter say this somewhere. But i cant remember where.
Dave Crupel he says it in Red Dragon
Man hunter 1986. Brian Cox as Lecter.
Red Dragon, when I read this sentence in the book I was inspired to draw a picture for it in deviantart.
@@bronkomeister Love that film. It's a much better movie than Brett Ratface's adaptation of Red Dragon.
@@Vaultboy101 Agree, the characterizations were so relatable
I love this but I literally can’t see shit
LMFAOOOOOOOO
That's good, why would you want to see shit
