it's not as different as you think this is Honkai's style of music for you Mihoyo has been doing this for a long time it just wouldn't fit Genshin's theme
In the first phase that you reacted to is more the pre boss phase with dialog and fighting, so the music isn't the main focus. For the other phases what happens? It is something best experienced for yourself.
14:10 "What is happening in the game in this crazy section?" You can imagine it. You know, when an anime protagonist had their moment, then the epic music plays. You should experience it for yourself, it's so good.
HSR is so much fun. I wasn’t really all that excited about it based on trailers and watching streamers “let’s play” the betas, but the day it released I tried it and was instantly hooked. This song is straight fire, but the way it’s used in the Cocolia boss fight was unbelievably well done.
The lyrics are very very interesting. I am Polish and have studied a lot of art from comunist era of Poland. They were very subtle about talking about the regime to slip below the censorship radar. This song is talking about waking up the dormant world and fighting agains fate. Might be reading too much into it but considering how Hoyo's history they are one of those artists that work within the system to talk about freedom. I might be totally talking out my bum here but a lot of HoYo work really reminds me of when Polish movies were trying to dodge "the party" censorship
And how much propaganda is in what you studied? I'm really curious. I just know a little about how directors and screenwriters fought censorship in the USSR. And, which is typical, then good films were released, not all, but many. And now, when there is no censorship, the cinema is full of shit ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
every time i do the boss fight, i get chills when this Music is in the background. The first Phase is just to build up the main Fight with Lore and setting it up The second one is for Cocolias First Phase of the Fight The third one (which doesnt start like the song, it starts with the high screaming Part of the Song in this video 8:04) is the second Phase of the fight Hoyo just did it again and just hit a banger with that Fight, i dont saw anyone who disliked the fight or the Song in the background, everyone loves it
I hope you listen to the osts for Honkai Impact 3rd (Honkai 3rd) as well. Basically the predecessor of Star Rail, and the game they made before Genshin Impact.
there has been a live performance of the song Wildfire during the "Honkai Star Rail: Departure Festival" (you can find it on UA-cam). I'd recommand checking it out if you want to get a taste of Star Rail musics (I love them!)
Hoyo-Mix gives different feels to the music in each of their games, and then in _HSR_ , it also depends on the planet, similar to _Genshin_ 's regions, although in _Genshin_ 's case, all of them still feel fantasy-ish. The tech level in _HSR_ varies, so each planet has a completely different feel to it. The first three settings are: a space station, a blizzard-locked citadel, and a fleet of city-ships in deep space.
This is one of my favorite game themes. Always have to make the fight take longer by turning off 2x speed during the fight and turning down all character and effect sounds and turning up the music
you should either play the game up to Cocolia and experience the fight yourself (the game is easy, this wont take you more than a handful of hours even if you are going slow and enjoying the ride) or at the very least watch a playthrough but, its better if you play it, it would be interesting if you revisit wildfire from a instrumental and lyrical point of view once you are familiar with the story, the plot and where it comes from and what's happening, the music is ¿coded? to change with the fight like it happens in Metal Gear Rising Revengeance boss fights, btw next step react to Dante, Nero, V and Vergil themes from DMC5? Their music changes depending on how well you fight lol it goes from muted instrumental to a full blast with lyrics lol (or BlazBlue if you want to continue with the cool character themes like Guilty Gear)
Yeah, he definitely has to play the game through the end of the Belobog arc at least. It definitely seems like something he would enjoy. Also yeah, the DMC5 music is just nuts and I love it
I think it would take maybe 20-25 hours in total to finish the opening and the Belobog arc, factoring in the chunk of time that'll be necessary to gather materials for leveling and possibly complete other content to raise the TB level.
@@effortlessfury that’s my guess too. Might take a bit less time if he borrows others’ high level units for the material farming. That will speed stuff up a lot. Also thankfully, Star Rail dailies take like 10 minutes at most so when he isn’t streaming it would be easy to do those and boost his Trailblaze rank fast and have it high enough by the next stream

That's an exaggeration, mihoyo has 2 other songs of the same vein to this one, it's a fact this doesn't fit their usual schtick
@@Jo_youwhatmate Honkai impact is full of songs like this what are you talking about?

Yeah it's the introduction to enter a millennium ancient battlefield. simply awesome.
It is probably correct to be a part of this set of reactions, though. It does only play in this final sequence.
@@Talguy21 I agree, which is why I worded my comment like I did

Low EQ days: *This song is hype!!!*
EQ 60+: *Bruh, the song doesn't even hit the climax and the boss is already dead?*
I switch to 1x speed and use some weaker characters just so I can listen to the whole thing
@@snowpools8498 Plot twist, it was 1x speed all along.

If you want more like this from the honkai franchise you can listen to APHO Oaths, APHO Oracle and all Honkai Impact 3rd OST (GGZ too)
Oaths is so underrated from HI3rd. It's one of my favourites.

When I got to the battle with Cocolia, I heard this song. And then I listened to this song 7 times and I didn’t get tired of it at all.
