  • Tamago Furikake seasoning is always there somewhere in a Japanese kitchen. We call it nori-tama. Away from Japan I also need some! Be it on rice or salad, I hope you will enjoy it too!

    Ingredients :
    2 eggs
    2 tsp sugar
    1/4 tsp fine salt
    1/2 tsp mirin amzn.to/39Eb68h
    1/2 tsp cake flour
    2 tsp roasted white sesame
    20g soup pearls (Backerbsen) amzn.to/3b4QlBm
    1g katsuobushi bonito flakes amzn.to/3m6jz9Q
    1 1/2 tsp dashi powder / hondashi amzn.to/2WlvgOU
    1/2 tsp soy sauce
    1/2 sheet nori seaweed amzn.to/2vxBksC

    One question, is the mirin really necessary? Can i not use it or is there other ingredient that can be used instead?

      Hello, you can skip mirin (its just for 1/2 tsp) if you cannot find it. The taste might be a little bit different...
