It hurts me to see him when he sings from a painful place . It shows on his face and his singing in such a mindset is overwhelming. Not every song will have the high notes . When he’s serious or hurting it’s pure soul crying out .
Dimash lost two of his mentors to covid last July. The man in this photo is one of his mentors/teacher of composition and the composer of this song. This raw, simple version is his heartfelt tribute to his friend.
This is not a song. This is a cry. This performance by Dimash from the concert dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the Kazkahstan concert company "Qazaqconcert" took place in Oct 2020. Many other Kazkah musicians attended this concert. Dimash has chosen the song by the composer who died in July 2020 from COVID 19 and who was one of his teachers at the music academy. This is also added the sadness to already sad song. Song is in Kazakh. Although, the song about a loving father sending away his beloved daughter into the marriage in the different world, in Dimash interpretation it became the song of loving son giving the way to beloved farther who has departed in another world. One of the lyrics line reads: “we are all only passerby’s or guests in this world” and that applicable to both situations.
👏👏 Ty 4 Reaction This is a tribute 2 his beloved Professor, Mentor & friend; “Kenes Duisekeev”, who passed away in June from COVID, (pianist was a student of Kenes, too). Dimash originally sang "Karagym-ai" Mar-2016 at 70th Birthday concert 4 “Kenes Duisekeev” (original Composer of song & famous in his country). Kenes worried Dimash couldn’t convey emotions of piece given his young age. But, was overwhelmed w/ joy after Dimash performed (loudly applauding / saying BRAVO). For this performance, Dimash changed the arrangement, slowing it down in lieu his profound sadness. I imagine “Kenes Duisekeev” is once rejoicing in heaven. 😇 ✌🏼❤️ - 🇺🇸Dear
Simplesmente espetacular, sublime e apaixonante!! Pianista espetacular!! Cenário incrível! 👏🏿👏🏾👏🏾👏🏼👏🏼👏🏻👏🏽💞💞💞🎶🎶🇧🇷🇧🇷
Want to know something funny? If you would turn the camera just a little to the left we could see off your screen and see more than the one you set up for us because it is so small. Thank you for your reaction

He’s Amazing
Good reaction. Thanks
It’s the first time it’s his sorrow. He usual sings about others. You can tell he was struggling not to cry. His teacher , his mentor.
