Tbh i disagree , level is a huge factor in regards to an ability and some argueably will function worse / better when their typical level is changed , i also think that some abilities like nightmare should be lower down tbf but yeah i guess the tier lists are outdated
I understand that but what i meant wasn't the power of the move but more so its funcitonality and how useful it is based on what type of ability the move belongs to. Nightmare has a versatile set of moves which can stun debuff and deal heavy damage so I think it easily is up there in A tier. It is true that the moves will obviously do better when its level is changed but that was never what this tier list was about.
They're all gone, devs wiped everyone and now its like an rng game you automatically spin every second or so but the rates got nerfed so everything is much harder to get, king and jack system is still there.

Nah not really but barrier counters time its the other way around, low hp and if it gets trapped its pretty much done for.

Tbh spectral claw deserved a higher place, I can win against all other high tiers and even beat some god tiers. I beat a barrier in a 1v1.
