what I don't understand is why they are 3x the price of a normal silver plated chain. Is the 3x-5x layered bonding really worth it. Do you find it lasts 3-5x longer then a normal plated chain?

Not worth it. Get the silver chains cuz your bonded chain will look silver in 12 months. This is super thin gold plated chains 1x tops.

JAXXON doesn't have an F rating with the BBB for nothing. They earned that rating by selling junk and having terrible customer service. All I can say is buyer beware!
