I've never seen a Werkshoppe puzzle in a box before (they normally come in tubes), so that's interesting! But quite an awesome haul overall; I highly doubt you'll be disappointed with any these!
If I remember what Lance told me, the WerkShoppe in boxes is maybe specific for the Australian and New Zealand market - but don’t quote me on that. But I remember something specific about it being in boxes.

I do too! I don’t always need to build a large puzzle which is why I enjoy how Pintoo and PieceRelax separate the pieces into sections so you can work on just a few pieces at a time.

I can't wait to see that Magnolia dragon one! I love a good dragon puzzle. I have a couple Artifact wooden puzzles that are dragon themed. The artist's name is Randal Spangler and I think his artwork is a lot of fun if you like dragons!
Google says plural of oasis is "Oases," which does look odd to me!
I have not heard of Randal Spangler - must look up their artwork. And I agree, plural of oasis is oases…?? Doesn’t look right to me either but what do I know!

One thing you could talk about during the video for the turtle with the earth on its back is that some native American cultures have creation stories about a turtle with the earth on its back.

I don’t think I had even heard of this brand before seeing it on Puzzlesnz’s website. I can’t wait to build it - love the image!

Some lovely puzzles there which you will no doubt enjoy doing. 😃 I have done one Art & Fable jigsaw called Along the River by Mandy Budan. I've done a few Castorland and found them to be decent jigsaws. Some of these brands can be too expensive to justify buying them. Can't always afford to buy everything that I would like. Enjoyed myself doing the Ravensburger Student Days puzzle earlier today and got it done in 2 hrs 16 mins and 21 secs. I thought that was quite good for me considering it is a busy puzzle. Look forward to your next video.
I am very lucky to have this haul gifted to me because it does add up to keep buying puzzles and especially trying all these amazing different brands. I should check on the prices of these when I come to do their videos. Student Days is very busy - I love it! I have only done as a pairs but I need to do solo. You did a great time!
I’ve done only one Art & Fable puzzle (East of the Sun and West of the Moon); not only did I love the image, but I did like the pieces and the working of it as well. I do hope your experience is the same. 😸

I am super interested in Castorland. My understand is that the pieces are smaller than normal. In other words, I could get a larger piece count that would still fit on my puzzle table.
Someone else commented that the pieces are smaller so I will look for that. It does help when wanting to do larger piece count puzzles as long as the pieces aren’t too small.
I’ve done the Dissectologist dragon one. I absolutely loved it. Magnolia is a gorgeous brand. It was my first of theirs and I’ll definitely do more. I always think Dissectologist is an odd name for people who do puzzles. 😂
I agree that Dissectologist is a weird name for us - I definitely prefer puzzler. I did the small 100 piece Magnolias and loved them. I can’t wait to build this one.
I am doing my first castorland puzzle 1500 and it is called Twilight with a white tiger. The pieces are on the small side.
Oh interesting, I wonder if the pieces on my 1000 piece will be on the smaller side as well…???

Oases. One crisis, many crises. For once English using one of it's own rules. I can't wait to see you do ALL these puzzles - all except Art and Fable are new companies to me, and like you I know "of" Art and Fable - haven't seen one in person (yet), but I think most of all the NZ artist one with the flowers. The artwork looks so interesting in all of these.
The Abbey Merson artwork is so lovely - Lance picked me a beautiful one to do. I also can’t wait to build each one of these puzzles.
Some really great puzzles there - love the images. Some of them are just so different and unique - should be fun to do! 👍

Beautiful selection. I have done several Castorland puzzles and love them. The Greek island of Santorini does in fact look like that. I love them all but especially the painting of the vase of flowers. You had me teary eyed with that one. Can't wait to see the videos.
I can’t wait to build all of these on the channel. The Abbey Merson puzzle caught me off guard as we had just seen on update on the news and how some people still don’t have homes. It just really struck me.

Oh I love Pieces & Peace puzzles! I have... a bunch. 😅 I'm sure I've also done a puzzle by the same artist that's done the tiger illustration, but by another brand.
Why I have never heard of Pieces & Peace before now?? I’m so pleased that I got one to try out.
@@fortheloveofpuzzles I think they are quite a small brand that probably mostly sells in Europe. :) I live in Finland so it is easy to get my hands on all sorts of small European brands.

Such a great haul. I loved the turtle one. I've done Castorland just once, and they were a pleasant surprise, much better quality than I expected.
I am hopeful for the Castorland as I have heard plenty of good things about it. And I also think the pricing is reasonable with a lot of larger piece count options. The turtle one is so fun!! 💜🧩

I just looked for that magnolia puzzle on puzzles NZ and didn't see it. I wonder if it sold out or something. But now I'm going down the rabbit hole and will probably need to put in an order lol

Oases? 😂 I love be these colourfully images. I’ve beenn doing some practice forr CJPA and I’m 100% certain the individuals will be a disaster. I’m averaging 2:30 for 500 pieces. Do you have any advice? I hit a lull after sorting and need to take a break.
Advice…believe it or not, try the full flip method instead of sorting. I know! I know! switch it up and see how that goes. work on an easy puzzle as well. Just full flip and pull out only the edge pieces. Try to do the border first but if you get stuck, quickly move on to what pieces (colours/textures) that stand out to you first. Give it a go and let me know how you do. 💜🧩

Great puzzle haul. Such a variaty of puzzles. Me personally I have done a few Castorland puzzles by now and I have to say they are growing on me. At first I was very unhappy with the quality (I was doing mostly Ravensburger and Clementoni) but since I have done much more puzzle brands now, I have to say they are not that bad as I firsly thought 😅 However I think the Santorini puzzle will be quite difficult, based on the picture
I do not have a personal experience with other brands but am interested in your opinion regarding them.
I can’t wait to try them all and a few have commented that they also think the Santorini one will be tricky. I have high hopes for it though as I’ve heard positive things about Castorland. I can’t wait to do all these puzzles - so many fun images! 💜🧩
