NO, It's not an old Mastercraft. No, It's not a Ski Nautique or a Correct Craft. It's a 30 year old Ski Supreme. Was it worth the investment to restore it??? Probably not,but it's done now!!! This was the culmination of a 4 year project. It didn't start that way, but that's how it ended. It all started when it was purchased and the first thing was it was found to be improperly winterized. That taken care of, off to the lake for it's maiden voyage, and the Velvet Drive transmission quit pulling, towed back to the trailer for a doctors appointment. That taken care of, sat on the swim platform and found the transom was rotten. While that was being repaired, went ahead and ran it through the paint shop to make it shiny and black. Many new parts later to include a complete redesigned interior, here it is today. This boat has had pretty much everybody's hands on it that works on boats within Rutherford county, and some that will never work on another boat again.

I owned a 79 back in 92 till 99 it was all original but the interior. Best boat I have ever owned. The new boats these days are too big and designed around wake boarding. We skied and barefooted. I don't see much of that on our bay today.

If it is a Ski Supreme Inboard, then it is a big problem. Is yours a I/O Mercruiser?

Nice. I have a maroon 1979 I'm in the process of restoring. I've been having problems when I mash the gas it pushes the back of the boat under water lol any advice?
