Nisha ji, I made gujiya by your recipe on Holi and this Haritalika teej and both the time they turned out fantastic. My mother too makes most amazing gujiya, but since am away from her and obviously she follows here years of experience of look and texture to make gujiyas, hence it was bit difficult for me to follow her. But your measurements and techniques helped me make really tasty filling. Though I did made gujiya by hand rather than with mould, hence I used up a little bit more dough. Thank you once again for the amazing recipe.

Hello Nisha ji... I prepared gujhiya today everything was good but the covering is very crisp like samosa n also bubbles are there. I followed measurements too 1/2 cups ghee in 3 cups of maida. what went wrong.
