i started listening to droeloe when i was recommended Sunburn on one of san holo's songs. I decided to give it a listen and got hooked. Months later i went to college and discovered two other people that listen to droeloe as well. I started discovering more about droeloe and i became closer with them too. It's amazing how music can bring absolutely anyone together 🐻

Every year, I come back to this video twice a year. It's a unique video on UA-cam, I think. A really powerful experience the first time you see it. So strong that you come back to feel the same as the first time, that feeling you can't write down. A mixture of happiness, stress, admiration, doubt, melancholy and nostalgia. So here we are, looking back at the past we admire, because now we're all grown up. Thank you so much for sharing this video that you could have chosen to keep to yourself.

DROELOE, this touched my heart. I'm turning 21 in two days and before me stands the most crossroads I have seen in one place during my lifetime. I am an artist, and ever since I was young I have expressed myself through filmmaking, and now music. I've always dreamed of creating something so powerful, so deep and completely enveloped in raw emotion that I could make an impact in this world. Of course, it gets hard sometimes. But to take a step back and look through someone else's lens, inherit all their wisdom and apply it to your life, it makes all the dead ends and crossroads seem small. I take a deep breath and realize that life is only a matter of perspective. I wish you the best, whomever may be reading this.

The fact that this setting is a museum and the painting are each cover image of the song by Droeloe is nothing more than a fact. Each song and album they released was a work of art, a piece of masterful design and beautiful rhythm. I saw them live for the first time late fall last year and I cannot believe how amazing it was. It was probably one of my happiest day and now that I think about it, I still have chills! Their music made me feel motivation, emotional at times and feel positive throughout this past year, and I love it. I don't have many things I'm certain in my life. But, one of them is my definition of art. Art is any and every thing that is deliberately made with the purpose of making anyone who gets in touch with it to _feel_ something. Any emotion. It could be a poem. A drawing. A song... Movies, sculptures, games, a story. If it can purposefully make you feel one or more emotions, it is art.
There's one more thing I'm certain in my life that I'd like to share. My other certainty is that you, DROELOE, is an artist.
    Thank you.

You were brave enough to type all this out and have it performed. You knew it would be different and weird, and you knew it would reach a smaller crowd than you otherwise would doing pretty much anything else.
Just as I know this is sappy, and melodramatic. I know this isn't going to be received the same way I feel typing it because you, the reader, aren't feeling exactly the same way I am writing it.
Because you were brave, I will be brave.
This is art. You need to know that you did it.
    You reached me.
    A connection made.
    A lesson learned.
I feel helpless with all this gratitude as it feels like there's no way to properly exchange for what you've already freely given, so I will simply say
    Thank you
and hope you feel it with some amount of gravity.

I have been slowly fading ..
no one seems to understand why ..
with life events , things that have happened to me .
    unfortunate outcomes & truths ...
i had honestly lost all will to live.
no one needs to know what I live through everyday ...
was yet only a moments ago.
the thoughts of suicide have been praying on my mind
    strongly ... violently , persistently
why continue ? for what purpose or reason do we keep moving forward ..
over the years lost friends , family and acquaintances ..
a few weeks a sister in law to it, started to feel like they had the right idea.
    but then .... this ...
    I don't feel so alone
I don't know what to say.
because you somehow restored a sense of life . in my heart , mind & soul
I will go back to working , and start to run again ,start to sing again .
i will start going to the beach again ,
that i love so much and have not been for over a year ..
    thank you,
because no one around me takes notices
I am not thinking of suicide anymore after watching this ...

I was looking for the latest album, and came across this. I thought it was going to just be the songs with this visual flare. When the talking started, I was put off, as it wasn't what I was looking for, but once the stories started, I sat back, and was able to let my mind accept the words. I could see the picture exactly as the reader was painting. There were times where my mind started to drift from his words, and day dreamed in moments from my own life, as with most people here, DROELOE's music got me through a lot, happy and sad times. I snapped back into the video. I didn't rewind, as I let this go as part of the journey that this was trying to accomplish.
I cried twice during this, and the night after watching, I had one of the most innocent and peaceful dreams I've ever had. This piece of work has stuck with me over the last few days, and I just had to come back and comment on this amazing work, and how it affected me. This is pure art.
Thank you for making this, and please let us DROELOE fans know where to follow your next part of your life's journey as you go your own way.

I've been supporting droeloe since I was 12. That's about almost 9 years!!! I'd say Droeloe, San Holo, and many other Bit Bird artists helped me see the different motives behind making music and has pushed me to make my own. And find my own path. And to see all of the work they have put together, and now this?? I'm completely outstanded by this. Great work, and very inspiring!!! Never let me down❤🎶

Found Snow Shovels and you guys through a soundcloud remix but it does no justice to the original. I've fallen in love with every beat you make and I can't get them out of my head, even if I wanted to. You guys produce such amazing music and you need to know that, we appreciate you. Please never stop. Stay brave, stay strong, no matter what.

There´s currently 90k subscribed, 26,300 people watched this museum tour and there´s a bit more than 300 people online on DROELOE discord on average. Yet I haven´t found anybody that enjoys this as much as all these people here in actual real life. Where are all of you guys ? Where can people like us find each other ? bitbird events? DROELOE concerts in the future?
Therefore, I suggest that Vincent actually builds this exact museum somewhere and people can go there and find like-minded others. This music & art is so incredibly extraordinary that it filters out all the boring, annoying & toxic people you may run into in a bar or sports club. If you go into the AMOP museum in real life, you will (most likely) find only similar people that care about the same things, share the same interest besides the music we all enjoy. Basically a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to create a physical hub for people like us whatever "like us" means.
I don´t know much about architecture or construction work, but I can offer to donate a couple few hundred brickstones .. ;)

Very moving and relatable experience of sound and narration. I am especially appreciative of each of the moments end with a hopeful tone. Making the best of a bad or good series of situations. Reminding us we don't need to stay stuck in a rut for too long.
My favorite moment was in the portrait of the photo developing studio where he talks about how the pictures show only the good, but the bad remain internalized, but are both equally important. Though I've heard this sentiment before, it was a culmination of watching the whole video with the music that made it click a little bit inside me more than it usually does.
    Thanks, DROELOE.

9:50 is where it starts speaking my life. Literally everything he says I have experienced. And it's helped me remember who I am and want to be. It's a big day for me because tomorrow 6/2/2021 is my last day of school and on 6/3/2021 I graduate Highschool. This year has been a huge learning experience for me. Droeloe, your song inspire me to do my best and to be myself. They motivate me to be the best to my ability. I'm 18 and it's been one heck of an adventure so far throughout life. Droeloe, you are inspiring, talented, and amazing at what you do and telling what I think is YOUR story. Thank you. Love you. (love you not in a weird way btw cuz I'm a dude, lol).
