I guess I would have to say sencha. I've enjoyed it for a number of years now. However, I have recently began drinking some of your matcha tea, and enjoy that very much, as well.
I like both! Quick question as well: what is the difference between sencha, and the American brands of of loose-leaf green tea that are on the market (ex: Lipton)?
Thank you very much for your comment and question. Lipton is famous for their black tea, so comparing sencha and black tea, the difference is if the tea is oxidized or not. I go over this in detail on this video if you haven't seen it yet: ua-cam.com/video/BoeT5flL7M8/v-deo.html
I really want to grow this stuff. Do you know where I can get a plant and learn how to make matcha and sencha? ( If I remember correctly they’re both grown off the same plant just different processes)
Thank you very much for your comment. We have written a short blog post about growing tea here. I hope it helps a bit to get started: www.japanesegreenteain.com/blogs/green-tea-and-health/can-i-grow-tea-plant-in-my-yard

I love matcha and I love your so-called "Chinese tea" and I grew up studying them and eating/drinking both of them. Your term "Chinese tea" is a wide term for many various categories and ways. I saw you comparing them like comparing one pear with another fruit farm. Please be specific and do more research when comparing the two. I think it makes your video more responsible for those who does not know at all.
Hi Yuuki, thank you very much for your input. I do agree. I personally love Chinese tea as well, and it is a great idea to compare more closely related tea type of each other. We will get working on them! Thank you very much for your honest opinion. (^^)
