Always hated how Jason becomes nearly incompetent by the end of a lot the films.
Only Part 6 and 2009 kept him a threat until the very end I feel. Many would say he still is threatening but he can bearly touch the characters by the end and gets his ass kicked
You couldn’t get a good final chase scene without making him look like he’s struggling at least a little bit.
Part 6 is my favorite Friday movie because it's different than the ones that came before and after it. They show Jason immediately when the movies starts instead of at the end. It's a really good movie

He did die in part IV, Tommy Jarvis accidentally revives him in the opening of part VI. From part VI and onwards Jason is pretty much a zombie but in part II - IV he’s just a deformed killer.
