This guy is the best translator up there. I speak Russian, and he does it very accurately , doesn't add, doesn't cut. Plus he translates English to Russian and Shavkat responses in Kazakh, which in turn his translator translates to English. To give him even more credit, he is actually one of his trainers, not his interpreter. Credit where it deserves.

Be careful! Nina relates to MAGA (Trump chauvinist members). Watch video with Colby Covington. Even in this video you can distinguish some unusual behavior in her facial expressions when she talks about horse meat.
Shavkat has the best translator I have ever heard. He makes the interviews go much more smoothly.
He was also the nutritionist for team Makhachev
He is also the manager of Fiziev, Tsarukyan, Evloev and of course Rakhmonov. He also speaks Chinese.
Good translator, but the video does look heavily edited, so a lot of the actual translation and pauses were missing. Just mentioning it before people start giving out their translator of the year awards haha

For those who don’t know, I’ll tell you that Kazakhs don’t eat riding horses. These are specially bred horses for eating. This is the tradition of the nomads of the Eurasian steppe. By the way, the Huns are shown in the 1998 cartoon Mulan. These are the ancestors of the Kazakhs.
Meat horse is a high protein food.
I don’t have a problem with him eating horse. Horse sashimi is eaten in Japan and Korea.

Мне нравится каким образом он набирает популярность - без грязного трештока, без пафоса, оскорблений. Создаёт впечатление спокойного, добродушного, уверенного парня, а после того как он сказал что его любимые фильмы по вселенной Толкиена, то вообще раскрывается для меня с другой стороны, и главное, женской половине западных фанатов тоже нравится).

I love that someone is taking these fighters out of their routine, and allowing them to show themselves and build a fan base.
These are obviously for your own growth, but I can't imagine how impactful it is for the fighters.
Sean Strickland is THE perfect example! In the UFC for almost a decade, i never knew him! And since Nina brought him to light, he's now a freaking champion! Just almost 6 months after his first interview with her!
The more people know them, the more appreciation public has for them, and for the sport! What an ambassador she is!
I’ll admit, seeing Strickland on a couple of interviews with Nina got me to love the dude. I was rooting for him big time against Izzy, and it’s basically 100% because he appeared on one of these interviews.

I say this every time I watch these interviews. Nina is amazing, and her laugh is so genuine. I could listen to her laugh all day long. She does great interviews and makes the people feel comfortable.
Went 5 days without power, heat, anything in -15 weather and this is the first video I watch when I get it back, and I couldn't have picked a better one. Loved it!
