I hope your time among us was pleasant and enjoyable. Intelligent, productive, law-abiding people are an asset to any community.

    Daniel.
I am not sure what to say.
    So, I will blunder forward...
I am humbled by this. Your rich family history is a main reason for my sentiments.
My second sentiment is that I am honored to know you, and I consider you a friend. Is this I consider myself lucky.
The image of your kippah, from your Bar Mitzvah, that it is on display in a museum, leaves me stunned.
You are an honorable man. You carry your family's heritage well.
Moving to Eretz Israel was the right thing to do, and I understand and acknowledge this in a way I would not have been inclined to if you had not shared this with us.

Too much praise! Too much praise!
But thank you. And glad that I could show a little bit of the 'backstory'.

My granny from Goleen told us if we marry a Jewish fella, we would never go hungry. I took her advice and converted to Judaism and married a Jewish fella.

Did the Jews in Limerick in 1904 take advantage of the local poor people by charging high interest on loans ?
