    great question DaLexicon. From what I've read, he builds on the existing aramaic translation, but then takes the aramaic words with their double and triple layered meanings/nuance. Basic example: the word for Spirit in Aramaic also means breath. The word for sin also means mistakes/ unripe fruit and misgivings. So he just elaborates in a poetic and sufi kind of way.

    The beatitudes, as Jesus stated them in the Bible, were considered a promise of hope for the people of the time. Term - "Beati" translates to "happy," "rich,or blessed. "
    As Jesus stood and delivered the Sermon on the Mount. Jesus spoke to the poor and disenfranchised who hungered for a message of release and healing from their oppression. His message was focus on the "Inner truth" that would release their minds and hearts.
    I would like cheerfulness
    to preside over all.
    I would like Jesus to be present. 🙏🤗
    Thank you for this beautiful interview with Neil Klotz ❤

    Mathew Chap. 7 verse 7
    This is the english retranslation from
    the original Aramaic-- without
    condensing
    " "All things that you ask straightly,
    that which you desire from within you
    will be given.
    Ask without hidden motive and
    be surrounded by your answer.
    Be enveloped by what you desire"

      @@engineeredtruths8935 it seems as if the Peshitta is an Aramaic version of the Greek New Testament, but, all of the gospels would've been Aramaic in-person and later translated on-paper, there were likely also much in the way of oral tradition prior to it being on-paper...all I'm saying is converting the Greek NT back into the Aramaic of the Peshitta would've likely revealed some of the more idiomatic & entendreic aspects of Jesus's words.

    In life the breath is the companion of the soul. In arabic nafas is used for when God breath the soul into Adam. The word nafs is also used for the self. خلي بالك من نفسك ghali balik min nafsik means take care of yourself. The interesting point linguistically is that ghali coming from the root "thl" i think considdering 3 letter roots meaning give up. So how to take care of yourself is to let go of yourself (the ego) ofcourse all prophets are perfect example of this. As i believe because of their perfect pure submission to God these massive devine powers from the kingdom of heaven could come down. When you sincerely submit to God the Almighty Creator of all there is, the soul feels a devine love and power it almost can not hold.

    I have read that Dr Neil Douglas-Koltz'
    source of translation of Lord's Prayer
    or the Gospel is from the
    Syriac Aramaic manuscript of the Gospel.
    Also known as the Peshitta Version
    that was prepared by the Rev. G.H. Gwilliam

    Listen to your own deep soul and to any positive message within or without, admire beautiful nature, take time to do something nice without reward, offer thanks for it all to the unknown inner self. Preach love to all. Mostly the mind is filled with useless thoughts from the separated ego. Ask your deep self for forgiveness for ugly thoughts, sights or deeds. Happy silence is the perfection of mental experience. Don't worry about belonging to this or that group or religion, they are all man made and all have agendas - mostly a distraction. Life here is not long, there is not much time to find your way back to your true inner home, don't waste time on unnecessary arguments and debates about who is right or wrong - it won't help you. Don't listen to anger, divisions or defensiveness from anyone - these are dead giveaways for lack of development. We must be mentally, emotionally and spiritually mature, to finally leave this world, or we will recreate our bodies until there is no unfinished business here.

    We call it blinded by too much knowledge, confused and deceived by him own brain, and just can't accept the simple truth the there is someone we call" God "and he has all the power to heal and give life and bless and do miracles. And those miracles still happen guess what without exersice and fail and trail, just simply by praying in Jesus name. He was Jesus who did all this at that time with all authority and he still does.

    There where Witnesses that saw him raise the dead also?? Did you ever see any one person with your own two eyes raise the dead with breathing. Only the ones that believe that he was the Spirit of the Most High YAH was able to do this phenomenal miracle. HE WAS THE RUACH OF YAH! I like how you use his prayer to find peace and go to a higher lever but you will not have any power to raise the dead. Only his sheep know his voice only his flock. Great Lesson but sometimes we know Much yet know nothing at all. LOST IN TRANSLATION BUT FINDING OUR WAY BACK SO WE WILL DO GREATER THINGS OF HE WHO IS IN ME! HE was more than a prophet. He was the Spirit of Yah in Man! His people are rising up and we will raise the dead without any medical help because we believe and know that he was God! ARIAMIAC THE LANGUAGE OF MY LORD THANK YOU FOR THE TEACHING AND PEACE BE ON TO ALL IN MY SAVIORS NAME! IT IS WRITTEN

      @@THEVISIONOFAITH I've considered this but then what do you make of Mark 9:32 ? Or many other gospel examples of him predicting his death. "For He taught His disciples and said to them, "The Son of Man is being betrayed into the hands of men, and they will kill Him. And after He is killed, He will rise the third day."
      for your claim to hold water, wouldn't you need to either reject that he said this or that he was lying about it? If you believe in the authenticity of the gospels, which it sounds like you do to some degree if you think he was at crucified and buried, then I have a hard time seeing how that stance holds. • @ibatan2981
    @ibatan2981 5 років тому +2

    Not really, chanting and using the Aramaic language is never a must in Christianity. Any language is acceptable. In fact, this is why the Holly Spirit gave the disciples the gift of speaking foreign languages so they can evangelize all the nations in their own languages. We do not focus on Jesus as an icon but actually on his unique teachings that are superior to any other teachings in any other religion. It is sufi (sect of islam) that insist on everybody to use the Arabic language as a way to communicate with their Allah. Apparently their Allah cannot understand any other language but Arabic. Almost all of Westerners who convert to islam do not know much abt. islam and they start imagining it as a peaceful religion as they have been taught by the daawa to islam members. In fact, Sufi islam is hated by main stream islam/salafists/wahabists islam and their members are discriminated/tortured/assassinated like they did in the Sina mosque in Egypt.

      @@justinseaman6747 Good question, how can you learn the principles/doctrines of a new religion, be convinced of the truth that it is bringing to you when you are talking to someone who doesn't understand you and you don't understand what he's talking about?Therefore, the huge success that they had in convincing all the new Christians to quit their pagan beliefs/religions that they have learned over the ages and become Christians is my proof. They were very few instances where our Holly Bible mentioned the presence of interpreters who, obviously, were expensive.The disciples went as far as Russia, Armenia, India, France, Spain, North Africa (of course with different names) to evangelize Christianity with almost immediate great success (in spite of the persecutions that they had to face on almost daily basis)

    Mystic did not start with Muslims they have been around for thousands of years in every culture Sufism is nothing unique is just a more recent merging of the ancient spiritual practise with a recent religion called Islam could be because of its popularity at the time? after all how much of a choice did people have at the time? Islam did have a "convert or die campaign" historically and at times in the present
    . India, Africa, Egypt, Tibet, Native American, all have their mystics thousands of years before there was even an Islam Religion. If the Sufis and Islam is so great why isn't that reflected in the practice of their believers where is the unity or love or peace you talk about? yes! its all talk none of you have any credibility from any religion if you practise intolerance of others by commiting the evil of killing harming others based on their belief system or personal lifestyles. Religion if all types are mostly hypocrites some of them thinking they are currying favor with God by promoting a brand through force and violence instead of love and compassion to humanity. You are all brainwashed conditioned fools who don't question the logic of what you believe. When you find Love and compassion in your hearts for others and the creator then I will listen to you other than that Fuck U .

      xtremeownage2 This is a bit of a puzzling response from a Muslim. My understanding is that Islam is a Universal religion for all people ( indeed for all those who have existed and will ever exist as Mohammed , peace be upon him, is the First Principle. So, if someone, in their private niche of prayer ( their heart ) says " La ilah ha ilah la", are you telling me that Allah doesn't hear? Surely the outer clothing of a person's religion falls away at death ( whatever their professed beliefs)? I am not a Muslim and I do not profess to be a Sufi. I utter the Shahida in full sincerity before God and have no doubt that He hears my prayer. God knows who I am and I strive towards His vision. God knows what is best. 🙏🏼❤️

    • @ghostdog7575
      @ghostdog7575 6 років тому +1

      if you write the that bad maybe indeed he doesn't hear... it's "la ilah ill Allah" (no god but God). You wrote "no god ha god no". And it's shahaada, not shahida. For the rest you are partially correct because by saying that "there's no god but God" you profess yourself as a abrahamitic at best, but to be muslim you must add "Muhammad ar'rasul Allah"... BTW, I'm not a muslim and I really appreciate your attitude...
