The charizard box is at sale at walmart for about 50$ right now. It comes with the statue, 10 packs and 3 cards ( charizard, charmeleon and charmander) so that is super worth right now if you get it at that price.
Yeah they smoking some good dope in your area but I think that’s a great pick up for personal or to hold it has potential in the long haul I can see that gaining premium value
Loving your channel! I am 31 and have been wanting to get back into Pokemon due to nostalgia reasons. Thank you so much for all your hard work making these videos.
For anyone like myself who JUST WANTS TO COLLECT CARDS, I found it interesting that a booster box of stellar crown goes for like 120-140$ right now but on tcg player I can buy individual packs for about 3.23$ a pack which if I bought 36 packs would be about 116$ making it cheaper
Yes all cards in a set can come in different boxes as long as they are the same set like a booster box of stellar crown or a single pack if stellar crown you can find the same cards, thus goes for any pack you find with the same name as another
@joshuabertrand9277 they come out with new sets about every 3 months or so and new artwork and a lot of different cards are released and some sets focus on certain pokemon like how surging sparks revolves a lot around that cool looking pickachu
This week I picked up 151, evolving skies, fusion strike, and chilling reign. But yeah I can see who your target audience was for this video and you made some good suggestions
Yeah but you have to factor in shipping and import fees on top of that for retailers and then obviously they need to make a profit so... it seems like a perfectly reasonable price to me.
@ViolentRainbow no its not. The shiny Treasure here in germany for Just 35 to 40 Euro. Why? Because the price drop if its come out in your language. Festival is New, hyped, and the people want it now at all cost. I wait till january or February and i get it cheap.
@@Dantohr Um yes it is. Japanese cards are not manufactured in America, everything has to be imported. I don't think you realise how expensive that is, and like I said retailers need to make a profit or they wouldn't bother importing and selling it so that extra $25 a box is absolutely justified.
@@Dantohr It's not too much, it's the retail value in America which, like I said, is justified based on manufacturing costs, shipping and import fees, and retailer fees 🙄

Ok that’s not too bad at that price.

Thanks for your support! That’s awesome - I was 31 when I got back into it as well (that was almost 4 years ago tho 😂😅 - I’m old).
Imagin Charizard Ultra Prem. Collection is now selling for 160€+ now insane if you have one sealed let it sit in a corner and wait xd
Hoping if I watch this enough… it’ll come up on my gf’s for you page 😂
Haha, exactly.

Idk if it’s the same with Pokémon, but I buy boxes of other cards for the guarantees. Buying several packs doesn’t give you that.
What is the difference between all the types of boxes? Can all pokemon be in different kinds? Is it just the artwork?

@@BlueSky23-gg gotcha. Is there a reason for the many sets? Just preference?

Always pass on that charizard 😂
Haha, until it gets down to $40 I would.
Why you would Pay so much for Festival? It cost in Japan 30 35
Just wait. All sheep buy it for 60 70 or more
