- Junior Burrough, Harold Deane and the Virginia Cavaliers meet Jerry Stackhouse, Rasheed Wallace and the fourth-ranked North Carolina Tar Heels in the ACC Championship Game.
Game played on Sunday, March 13, 1994 at the Charlotte, NC Coliseum.

Foolish decision for UNC to not cut down the nets; saying they wanted to come back and cut the nets down later in the month (The Final Four was in Charlotte; UNC got bounced in the 2nd Round by Boston College).
