    AP Indy, son of the "great" triple crown winner Seattle
    Slew. AP Indy then went on to win the 1.5 mile Belmont
    the next year, and ran it in 2:26, only 2 seconds slower
    than Secretariat.(2:24) Seattle Slew also sired Swale who
    was a very fast horse as well, and won a couple of the
    Triple Crown races, but died young. RIP AP Indy.

    He has a grandson by the name of " Tapit" who is regarded as the best North American sire
