I built a Scorpion in my first game with them the other day, made sure to get there...remember them from the Epic 40k days. Looks very different these days (it has a twin-linked weapon instead of one big cannon), but was not disappointed. It puts out ALOT of damage at good range. Only tried it against AI, but it was certainly far more practical than the Wraithknight for dealing with the AI's tendency to run from you all the time.
@@kohtalainenalias I mean... yeah probably. In Warhammer:Total War it is said that Elves lean towards vegetarian diets. They probably eat alot of vegetable stews with rare aromatic spices and drink herbal teas. They do like wine. And are kind of snobby. They like to stimulate their senses so they probably like spice. It wouldn't surprise me if they can fast and meditate and go without food for a very long time. They have very long lifespans.
Dislike the Aeldari? Elves are and always will be the best. It's their role in fantasy. Period. Balancing is just nerfing Elves so that people who don't like them can have a chance.
@@princesstinklepanties2720nah, broke as in out of money broke... Their units had decent damage output, but terrible health and defensive profiles, and their price did not reflect this...
I finally broke down and got Gladius and all the extra factions when it was on sale for the autumn sale. Kinda wish I'd gotten it sooner.
Would love to see more in depth reviews for the other races. Great stuff meanwhile man!

Guardians can actually wipe out weaker troops and mobs with one full strength volley. However, their weapons are short ranged, with a range of 1.
As a new owner of this game I can't help but be sad at seeing how many nerfs the Eldar have gotten since their launch.
