Yes it does. If the phone you are copying from has SD card content you can choose from them too. However, the speed of copy of SDcard will differ from the inbuilt storage

I've copied all of my data from my old phone when I factory reset my old phone will that effect the copied data on my new phone sorry for the silly question
Unfortunately, it didn't copy their sign in details. When I opened it, I had to signed in again but the biggest pain for me has always been moving my Google accounts - I have quite a handful I manage and all of them have 2 factor authentication so it felt good I didn't have to do all that process
@SmartDepot awsome to know ,because Google claims it doesn't add Gmail . They claim you have to enter that separately? So I'm getting the new s24 ultra and by using smart switch it will add everything I need to start up new cell on current service as old cell phone correct?
Yeah. However, Smart Switch won't transfer WhatsApp to a new phone - thanks to Meta moving the storage location for Android 12 and above. So if you are moving from a device on < Android 12 to one higher WhatsApp won't transfer. You can easily do that by doing backup and restore on the new phone or manually transfer it. I did few videos about that
@SmartDepot no I'm not using a what's up app. I'm just going to use smart switch on my Samsung 32a 5 g to my new s24 ultra. And was hoping Gmail would mirror over with smart switch
@@SmartDepot yes I'm using the smart switch app from the oppo phone to the Samsung phone find that oppo phone seem to not doing the transferring to the Samsung phone
Connect the S24U first before connecting the S10 if it still happens then connect the S10 first before connecting the S24U and the charging will go the other way
I love this feature. It took me about 1 minute per gig.
Plus, it transfers all your saved passwords, etc.
Many Android sweet features are underrated and most Android users don't use it

No it won't but if the S22 is fully charged, connect the S24U first so the S22 will be charging it

Yes it did. But WhatsApp wasn't transferred with this method, I had to manually transfer WhatsApp. I did a video about that

Yes but I have a better quality USB-C to USB-C that I use.

Note 20 Ultra Is the last Note ever made. You'll need to keep it in a special place or give it to a special person. That phone is still a beast.

Your old data remains. It won't transfer fingerprint for security reasons but it can transfer saved passwords

You are correct. Android permissions keeps changing for Android version to version and OEM to OEM

Haha, I'll need to use the phone to find the appropriate Gcam. It take a lot of time and tests and trial/error.

Give more information. Are you using smart switch app? Is the app installed on both Samsung devices?

Strange enough...I connect the s24 ultra to galaxy S10 and the latter charger the newer phone...not the other way around
