It has always both puzzled and annoyed me that we almost always first see the player who won the point. This happens almost 100% of the time when tennis matches are broadcast. On one hand, it might seem logical. But on the other hand, it's often more interesting to watch the player who lost the point, because so much frustration can be expressed. And it would at least be nice to have a bit of variation so it’s not always the same.
What have you done with the sound? Any quiet moments there's a stuttering gate or filter opening and closing which is really a bit jittery. Any chance of a clean audio track?
Don't have that one in my collection. I pretty much have most of hers from the USO run, just not that one. I'll definitely keep my eye out for it and let you know if I come across it. Thanks for watching
Emma, It looks like you telegraphed that you were gong to tee off on some serve returns, especially second serves from Parry. You probably want to keep in mind that you do not want to be too predictable. In other words you want to change up at least some of the time. That way Parry (or whoever else) cannot easily serve something that will be inordinately hard to tee off on for the returner (you).
I didn't notice. Thought it might've been a glitch by youtube when I was uploading it but I just checked the original file and it does skip that part. Not sure what happened but I apologize. Hope you still were able to enjoy the match overall.
Emma, Don't hit hard shots right up the middle back to Parry. She is teeing off on those when you give her plenty of time to set up for shots because she doesn't have to move. You would be better off with a deep, but slower shot, that is well directed.
Super *weak serving* from Emma Raducanu and what's with stopping mid-serve to catch the ball and restart the entire serving motion like *every other time* ??

🤔 Never thought about that before. But it's a very interesting point
This was a great match. Also what about the British outfits looking far more classy than the French outfits?
I love Raducanu!

Emma 'ouch' Raducanu
Brilliant............thanks!!!
You're welcome. I have a pretty big library of past and current WTA matches. Any suggestions on a match I should post? 🤔
Well done! Both Emma's matches at Billie Jean should leave her doubters in no doubt! She's back! And fearless!!!
Absolutely! Can't wait to see her play at the US Open. I'll definitely be posting those matches.
@@fullwtamatches I dont suppose the Full Match exists of Emmas R1 Match of the US Open 2021 against Vögele ?. I have only ever found highlights.

16:29 WOW
Good play, Emma.
57:45 she should have challenged it? Not sure if Hawkeye was used? It does look like the ball hit the line. She should not have scratched at the mark.
Nice to see Benneteau,
Ohh yeahhh......

thank you coach
You skipped the entire 4th game on the third set, don't know if you noticed

@@fullwtamatches yes no problem, it was a great match anyway! Raducanu locked in on that tiebreak, good win! and not a bad performance from Parry

Mansplaining?
Was the French player born in France to at least one French parent ?
