You guys have a good chemistry together and I mean that in the straightest way lol, and it results in high quality content . The video literally makes me wanna buy some bars
I always use a tiny bit of dielectric grease on every connection so if water ever did work its way into a connector it wont corrode or short anything😊❤

My top tree and gauge relocation has just arrived so I'm looking forward to getting this installed. The video makes it look super simple due to the clear step by step process you show!!!! thanks in advance and I'll send some photos when it's done!!!
This company has it going on . Great instructions to install their accessories. They are the best ! I’m getting a new cvo Road Glide in two weeks and will be ordering a lot of their products. As a retired Harley Davidson dealer from 1957 to 2020 I can tell you this is the products out period . Abernathy’s Harley Davidson Union City Tn . A legend !
Wow Thank You Lance & Juan. I'm about to install it on a Road Glide......Have to wait for the Gauge relocation & Triple Clamp to make to to Australia.....Will Really Help to make it easy to Install now....It was good to see how you Cleanned up the Cables. 6 1/2 Pulback Risers & High Bend Bars & Perch clamps.... Cheers 🤙🇦🇺🤙
Very well done vid boys. Edited to perfection. Thanks for all the tips. I will be watching this again when I finally get this whole setup for my rg. Cheers from down under
Thank you for making this video, I have the same bike and I just finished installing all the foot controls, and am seriously considering changing from my current config now that you have these products available. Also, what tape did you use to protect the bike, so many options so any links would be great! Hope you enjoy Sturgis and keep the vids coming!.
Hi, the bike looks fantastic with the new handlebar. Do you know the measurements of the holes for the cables on switches and the hole in the middle of the handlebar?
Good video I enjoyed it keep thinking of having a ride on the new HD st but in the UK we don't have easy access to all the stuff you chaps have stateside. Hope my videos improve in time LOL Ride safe.I have liked and subscribed me and the missis are watching your sturgess ride
Is there a product list/links of all the components needed for this job? I looked around and couldn’t find it. Thanks in advanced. What I got from the video: Bars, risers, top tree, relocation kit, and perch clamp. Am I missing anything? Thanks! Awesome video and great products.
Appreciate the vid..I always do some kind of “oh shit” thing when doing projects like this..I’m really wanting this system for my newly acquired 2019 RG Special. Need a Thrashin certified installer..
I’ve been wondering this myself. I run 16 apes as well as a lepera a daddy long leg seat to be comfortable. Im curious with the 9.5 risers and bars on this setup what the height is comparable to apes.
Are you able to measure the distance from the tank to the bars , I can see how I can use the gas cap as a reference point but I’d like to know the hight.
awesome video.. helped me decide which setup to get now.. Thrashin all the way.. Question: I'm 5' 8" thinking about smaller risers like the 6.5 pullback with mid height bars. Any concerns with this setup?
Questions? I am thinking about adding this bar setup on my 2020 road glide limited. I would like to go with the 14.5" setup, is there a need to swap out the brake and Hydraulic clutch lines with longer ones? i have the 14" KST spearheads on the bike now and did not need to replace these lines. Question 2- what will need to be done with the accessory switches i have on my bike? i have a switch on my gauge nacelle for running lights. Is there an option for those of us with these factory switches? Love your products, i installed your 9.5" pullbacks and your footboards on my Lowrider ST.
so if you end up taking off the plastic nacelle with the ignition switch on it, you wouldn't have to purchase the riser adapter since you can bolt the riser right to the tree (whether its stock or the Thrashin one) yeah?
Correct. Just stock ones not pretty and only has 1 location to mount risers. And highly recommended to do solid mount bushings, definitely don’t use the stock bushings.
@@THRASHIN thank you for the speedy reply! Once I get some plow money saved up this winter time I’m definitely going to be placing a order for the whole kit with you guys. Speedo relocation and all!
Hey Zach, hard to compare without knowing bike model and height model we are comparing. But you can usually expect a more aggressive and controlled feel with a bar set up like in this video. Feel free to give us a call 818-626-8350
Love it! My bars and risers get here Tuesday I can't wait! Can you guys confirm what height you need to extend the clutch cable on the 21+ bikes? I read anything over 12" it needs to be extended but this setup is at 13.5" correct??
I have 16 road glide ultra and I have ordered the exact same setup in this video. I wonder if I need extended clutch/brake cables etc, have u installed yours? please let me know thanks.
Follow up comment. As I have this bike, and I have been stepping through the process considering going with this solution, I had a couple additional questions. What riser did you use on the ST? Looks like the 9.5 riser but you did not state that in the video that I recall, and what size wire looms did you use to clean it all up? Looked very nice once done. Thanks 👍
@@THRASHIN Thank you for your response, This comment is on the Road Glide ST video so great that you supply the loom. Is it a 1 inch loom and what riser did you use on the Road Glide ST for the build. Thanks
Hey there, if the top tree does not require bushings, is there a notable difference in vibrations back to the grips? No bushings do mean no wiggle ever, so that is a Pro for sure.
We have noticed that there is less oscillation of the handlebars since there is no play. In terms of vibration, we have not noticed a significant increase in vibration while going to our solid set up, we have many of customers currently running it with no issues 🤘🏻
I have personally used a very small amount of pro taper grip glue. Some guys like windex, some use spray paint, some use most motocross grip glue. But use a lite amount, cause they are thin grips
I know this is old but maybe can help someone else. I believe you tell them you want to flash for Ignition delete or maybe can be simple and say you want it to start like a CVO. I had it done before I picked my RG up. So stupid to have to turn on first. Any dealer should be able to do it. If they don't know then no way in hell let them ever touch your bike.

will this help me learn to wheelie
Wrong video. But we do have one, it’s in another “How To” thanks for watching!
What does it mean that “the bike is flashed” in regards to the lock wire?
great guys, Im from Mexico
When will they make the video so that the ignition stays in stock?
What size do you wear and what is your height?
Sweden support 🤘🏼🇸🇪
What happend to the ignition switch? Is it gone?
Can I do this to my 23 cvo road glide anniversary bike.

Yes you do

so if you end up taking off the plastic nacelle with the ignition switch on it, you wouldn't have to purchase the riser adapter since you can bolt the riser right to the tree (whether its stock or the Thrashin one) yeah?

Now do a riser/bar install for the new Lowrider ST ;)
Did the exact same install. Everything works but my fuel/voltage gauge isn’t working. Any ideas? I have 2022 RG ST. Thanks
Do the Dakota digital gauges fit in the gauge housing?
love it!
@thrashinsupply if you compared the height of this setup to apes what would it be? Thanks for the great video!

this is a 22 bike and didnt need the extended cables so I am guessing the info you have been given isnt correct.

I honestly try not to work on bikes in the canyons.

What size do I need if I'm 6'2
How can I get some of those grips?!
They’re on the ‘site, Coming soon
Well, that's 2000 $ just for the parts right ?
Disappointed when I was told Jaun doesn’t take phone calls anymore. Need clarification on toque settings.
If you guys need a test dummy for street glide stuff let me know lol
Tesa tape would look cleaner and not as sticky as electrical tape
Harley states they do not do this! 3 different Harley I have called in NY and CT and all state they don’t do keyless ignition
