I like your plants... I am also obsessed with rhododendron and azaleas and last summer planted 60 of them around my property. This is the first winter for them in the soil in zone 5b
The thumbnail shows the racks and racks of Marta's beautiful and voluptuous flowers. Marta is obviously a master gardener and beautiful presenter. Thank you Marta!
I have a rhododendron that's about two years old it blooms beautifully but it's flowers withers with the first rain that hits them Is this common? Am I doing something wrong?
My builder put 9 azaleas in my small flower bed. After 10 years I just got rid of them. They didn’t look good and started getting fungal issues. So now they give me a bad taste. I saw the dark lord rhode at the garden center and I couldn’t take my eyes off of it. So I am considering finding a spot in my garden for it. This video helped me to give them another try.
Are you in Poland? I noticed many trailing geranium baskets there. Can’t find them in our garden centers here in NW USA. Love the look. I love Poland and have gone there twice last 4 years
Such beautiful flowers. I have azaleas but they are very old. I’m going to cut them back this fall. I’m not sure that’s the right time. Hopefully they will bloom next year. I had two tiny blooms this year. They are encores so hopefully I’ll have some in the autumn. I’ve never had rhododendron before but absolutely love these. I’ll have to try some. Great video. Thanks for the tips and for sharing your beautiful flowers with us.
Hello Marta The Azalea you have near the Allium is call Rosebud Azalea, it is very common her in Canada, I have them more than 10 yrs now it needs almost no work and it is reliable, it's double petal cults up like a rose. There's is another one in light lilac color, call Elsie Lee, also very beautiful
Marta , I am an azalea and a Rhododendron killer 😂I planted 6-7 times since I am gardening and they all died … Spring time here in Chicago are no sign for them to show up !
I just bought a few days ago Japanese azalea. My first outdoor plant. This is my baby so your video is perfect for me :) I am preparing a place for her on the balcony in a large pot with acidic soil and I guess for now this will be enough for her. This is what I understood from your advices
Thank you Marta! Gorgeous rhodos and always a beautiful sight in the spring garden. I've had many over the years. Always look forward to your weekend video and seeing your beautiful garden🌺
Hi Marta, As you can probably see I am binging the tips and videos. It is near the end of June here in the US. I also grew up with Rhodedendron and Azaleas and I love them both. Thank you for the tips!
I like your flowers and happy but sensitive too. I felt so upset when you said your brother passed away and flower plant survived. May be you look your brother in that plant which you both brought. How did he pass away. So sad. Inder Paul
