Really good video. Someone looking to get back into running more frequently I am going to try this. If I play 1 hour of 5 aside football, covering perhaps 3 miles a game would you suggest this could replace one of the runs. If so, which one? Thanks!
Thanks Owen! I hope you give the program a try and you should swap the 1st day (30min MAF + strides) on weeks you are playing football. If that feels like too much then swap out the 2nd day instead. Time to get after it! 💪🏃
